Hands down was the best experience at Flightline Cafe. The food & bar are great, service is absolutely 5 star, and atmosphere is truly top notch. The Friday Night Jam is true to give you a night of Dancing, Karaoke, Great Food & Cocktails, and Night of Fun. The DJ keeps the vibe going & was one of the best DJs I’ve heard. He’ll even hop on the mic and sing, or should I say “blow”. This is definitely a great place to come enjoy yourself. This owner of the establishment is very personable and the staff were the best. I can’t say enough about Flightline Cafe & Catering, other than you have to visit them! It’s sure to be a positive experience. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
An incredible restaurant with great food and friendly staff. I got the chicken and waffles, which was absolutely delicious. The chicken tenders were crispy and delicious, and the waffles were fluffy. My wife got pancakes with eggs, and everything came out hot, fresh and perfect. This Cafe is truly a hidden gem with generous portions of great food for extremely good prices. Highly recommended!
I used to eat at a local small town airport restaurant when I was a kid with my grandfather. We hit up Flightline today and it was great! The chicken and waffles were perfect. The chicken wasn’t overly breaded, was juicy and seasoned. The waffles were fluffy and delish. My daughter loved her French toast and they even made a whip cream smiley face! They also serve Starbucks coffee and a full bar for happy hour. Win win. We will be back again soon!
I recently attended a private catered event at Flightline Cafe . We had a delicious buffet meal Salmon , Parmesan Chicken Breast , Sweet Baby Carrots. Garlic Mashed potatoes and tasty Broccoli and cheeses . Started the buffet with a delicious tossed salad with all the fixing . Washed it down with sweet tea and lemonade. The bar has top shelf drinks that keep you going back for more . Service was impeccable. If you ever need a place to have a function Flightline Cafe should be one of your top choices as kudos to the owners
Eat here about once a week or so... Depending on the server that helps you depends of the amount of waiting done. But the food is always good! Awesome burgers... Grilled chicken sandwich is excellent with the bacon and cheese. Large portion of chicken breast used yet still was very tender and juicy! Will definitely be ordering that again! Staff is always friendly!
Excellent service and amazing food! Fresh, hot, and beautifully presented. Every staff member we encountered was kind and accommodating. The owner even stopped by our table and made sure we were well taken care of. Lovely atmosphere, and seeing planes pull in and out added to the already great experience.
I had a birthday brunch at Flightline and they went the extra mile for my friends and I. I'll definitely keep going back. The server was punctual and attentive to our huge party. The food was simply amazing. A nice presentation but also tasty.
Let me just say that the food and drinks are AMAZING‼️ I ordered the Chicken & Waffles after a wonderful church service and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT…my daughter even said that they were DELICIOUS‼️ If you haven’t tried FlightLine since being under NEW MANAGEMENT, you are missing out!
If you are looking for delicious wings, look no further. Check out Flightline Cafe. They have the best Barbecue and Sweet Chipotle wings in Polk County. Im very picky when it comes to food. My food has to be cooked and seasoned right. Everything was absolutely delicious. Hats off to the chef. The service was on point too. Check it out. You will be very pleased.
Flightline Cafe & Catering was truly a refreshing experience with a delightful ambiance to top it off. The food was delicious (I ordered wings, fries, egg rolls, and shrimp and grits for my table) and the service was quick. I felt like I was in Hawaii while experiencing their top shelf bar-simply irresistible!!! This is what our city needs- good hot seasoned food, drinks, music, great service, and CLEANLINESS!
