I love this place the lady is nice and there food is awesome I suggest to get general tso chicken with pork fried rice

Waited a hour to get food (and still waiting) from here on top of the lady didn't even remember our order. It was only her and one other person working.
Delivery is usually hours behind and the food is cold when it arrives. After eating from here for years I have noticed the food quality and customer service is at rock bottom. Also, I have a sea food allergy and found shrimp in my plain lomaine twice. No excuse for that
Work nearby and used to eat here alot, unfortunately some places never really recovered after this covid i guess. The foods now horrible!!! Given multiple chances to be good again just cant order anymore. Bourbon chicken was definitely repurposed from someones unpicked up chicken and broccoli order. Nice try but you cant cover the taste of steamed broccoli. The chicken appeared like it had been cooked several times, was dry hard and just overall a $20 inedible meal.
Placed our order via their website. The order was verified through the service that they provide after you provide your telephone number and SMS text code. The order confirmation said to give them 30 minutes to prepare the order.Showed up 35 minutes later to pick up said order. I waited outside for 20 minutes only to find out that the order wasn't even started yet. After I surveyed the absolutely most filthy takeout window I was not in the mood for this food. Also, just a tip.....maybe have your customer facing employee wear clean clothes. Disgusting.
I had a third star but I took it back. I'm a local back in town to house sit. Smoked a huge bowl and decided I wanted some Chinese. I fire up a delivery app and this place was nearby and had a short wait time. Soo ordered up a quart (I'm fat) of Szechuan beef and some steamed dumplings. Like I said, I'm fat.The beef was just meh. Really didn't have a whole lot of flavor. Everything looked fantastic and fresh! But it just wasn't salty enough. I even added soy sauce which is extremely salty and it still didn't have that pop. The rice was typical steamed rice.The dumplings were steaming hot and that was the problem. They put them in the container while hot and they kept cooking. So they were a little soggy. Overall the taste was average.I'm going to go back and add that third star. I think it was just a Wednesday night in Winter Haven and it's the middle of the week blahs affecting everyone. Plus in really stoned.
Went to pick up my order 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done and stood outside 30 MINUTES! HIRE MOTE EMPLOYEES AND OPEN YOUR STORE INSTEAD OF YOUR PLYWOOD COUNTER
Ordered from here for first and last time, spent 40.00 and the most boring non tasteful chinese food EVER! NOT 1 thing positive I could say....DO NOT EAT HERE
