This Dunkin claimed that hazelnut flavors have been discontinued, went to Lake Wales Dunkin and they had hazlenut. Makes no sense. They also were out of cold brew. They seem to always be out of something. The employee was rude too.
Barely any doughnuts and when we finally decided out of the extremely limited supply, they stacked our half dozen doughnuts in a munchkin box instead of a flat doughnut box, so all of the frosting got stuck onto the bottom of the doughnut that was stacked on top or of it. No napkins. No jelly. Got our coffee orders wrong. Woman’s bathroom door doesn’t shut. Men’s bathroom door looks like it was kicked in. When they got our orders right, it was tasty but we were all frustrated by then. Overall it was a bad experience. There are many other Dunkin’ locations that will do a much better job. Go to one of those.
Not much choice, donuts were stale with very little filling...BUT the girls working there were really helpful and sweet.
I think Gloria was the gal that waited on me at the drive thru. EXTREMELY super friendly and she really made my day with her pleasantness. Great coffee tonight too. Fun stop!
This Dunkin has the worst customer service and, I have yet to receive any of my orders correctly. All I can say is thank goodness I am not deathly allergic to dairy, because I received good ole bovine milk instead of oatmilk like I had ordered. SMH!! ?

I go to DD a lot and I stopped by this location a lot but never done a cold latte bc everywhere else i go is just don't be up to taste either to strong or too sweet
Nice counter ppl. Would be REALLY good to actually label ANY of the donuts so you know what they are (only the munchkins have a label)
It was my first time there today and the service was terrible. No one was friendly or professional. Customer service environment wasn’t very present. I used to work at a dunkin and i know exactly how everything should run so i was very disappointed to experience nothing about my order being correct. Went there to get an iced latte with oatmilk, and they gave me an iced coffee with not much oatmilk. The sticker said latte but it wasn’t thick or creamy and it definitely did not taste right. Tasted like the coffee, not espresso. Got a avocado toast with bacon and the bacon was whole pieces, not crumbled up into smaller pieces the way it’s supposed to be. I had to take some pieces off and the bacon still overpowered the avocado flavor. No one there knows how to do anything. They need to hire new people and make sure they’re fit for customer service and are trained correctly.
Just left there. Ordered usual coffee and a box of 25 munchkins, glazed and jelly ONLY. Instead got full variety of thing I don’t care for. Pl are get my orders correct. Not the first incorrect order. Store 8510, order 510.
