This Dairy Queen SUCKS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE Manager wouldn’t even give me her name they forgot the bacon on my double bacon burger and they wouldn’t even replace the burger they said since I ate half of it which I didn’t probably a quarter of it but regardless I didn’t realize the bacon was missing until I realized the bacon was missing when I went through the whole burger to find out there was no bacon. They would not give me any kind of a refund all they would do is possibly cook me some bacon and hand it to me what kind of restaurant is this? I know it’s an ice cream place but they also serve food and the fact that I was treated this way is unbelievable. Furthermore I never ever have a problem with my food I’m the kind of person that eats everything it doesn’t complain but it definitely taste different without bacon and that’s why I went back in there to address the situation. I know they have kids working there but this is ridiculous!!!
Ordered 2 turtle pecan sundaes. Paid $9.83. No hot fudge, only chocolate that u dip cones in. Where were the pecans? Ripped off.
Nice place overall. They hired one of my enemies from 9th grade but that's over. Good late night snack.

Great customer service when my order was incorrect. Made it right and went above and beyond. All the food and deserts are so yummy. Keep up the great work managers and staff.

Received a gift certificate to replace some burgers that were horrible. Talk about night and day, much better and made properly, they corrected their mistake and kept a customer.
Ordered small combos, charged for large combos, forgot bacon on my son's burger, had to go back, wouldn't fix me a fresh burger or even just put bacon on the one we had, no receipt in the bag, didn't repeat my order back to me which would have prevented original mistake. Asked to speak to themanager, was told she was the manager, and she said she couldn't help me and shut the window. $27 for 2 "small" combos which one of them was a jr cheeseburger and 2 ice cream treats. Feeling ripped off, Stay away, the "manager" isn't competent.
