great food and personable employees!
I usually love this Dairy Queen, but they really let me down last night. I ordered a blizzard cake for my daughter’s birthday and when I ordered it, I asked the guy if it’s ok to come there to eat the cake. He said of course, no problem. So we get there and they have no plates or bowls and only plastic knives. Proceeds to tell me, “that won’t work, it’s frozen solid”. Needless to say, big waste of time and money and an embarrassing letdown. Why didn’t they tell me that when I ordered it? Ice cream is good but service sucks!
They always mess something up that is minor, like forgetting whipped cream, or cherry. But they move as fast as they can, and do a good job. I will return, it's DQ.
Clean and neat eating area. Good for a quick bite or to indulge your sweet tooth on some great ice cream.
The best dairy queen ever! Also the cheapest burger it town and the best bang for your buck. Everything is fresh and amazing but always check your order. Something always gets missed but I have a big order and they always fix it no problems. You can add cheese and bacon to fries for $1.50! Its incredible! They have amazing milkshakes and even dairy free Dilly bars! My only complaint. Is the old register system. I would like an itemized receipt.
What can you say!! We love this place and treat ourselves at least a couple times a week. They're always fast and courteous and the ice cream speaks for itself!!
Horrible service, poorly made Reeses blizzard for $8. We just want come here again, there are other ice cream places local that do business better than that.
Fantastic food and service. I mistakenly ordered bacon on my burger (my bad) and they replaced it, no problem. Very friendly.
The young lady that take our order was super friendly. The Reese's ice cream was AWESOME. The only thing they should fix, is the drive thru menu. It's so tall, that that you can not see all the menu from the passenger seat.
I asked for the $ 6 bacon cheeseburger no tomatoes, no onions, and no lettuce, and got some other items on the menu. I normally check the food before I get home and it's all thrown around in the box and on top of that my order wasn't ready buy they told me to park behind the ally behind the storeOh and get this I had pay an extra dollar for the bacon even thoughi had order burger but add another. We get home it has lettuce tomatoes, and a bunch of onion. I called back and the guy pretty much called me a liar, and also bosy.Then he's trying to tell me that if I had an issue all i had ro fo is ca9corporate Because he refuses to ymmnm?...
