Good place to go bowling just minor things that didn’t give it a full 5 stars. Overall the arcade had a lot of good games, the bowling from someone who has never played was very fun. The only problems I had was my food got messed up but they were great in getting the food I ordered, also the seats are not wide enough to hold more than 4 people and there’s only one bench per Lane. Overall great experience just minor things that didn’t give it a perfect 5 star I would come back again.
I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I ALWAYS ENJOY GOING TO CYPRESS LANES BECAUSE THEY ARE ALWAYS SO KIND AND THE STAFF THERE IS ALWAYS SO NICE.. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK JOVAUN AND ELIJAH FOR BEING VERY KIND AND VERY NICE AND MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT THANK YOU.. WE WILL CONTINUE TO KEEP COMING TO CYPRESS LANES THE ARCADE IS SO AWESOME IT IS SO MUCH FUN... I AM GOING TO BE 64 YEARS OLD AND I'M CELEBRATING MY BIRTHDAY AND I JUST LOVE THIS OKAY BECAUSE IT IS VERY CLEAN VERY NICE AND THE PEOPLE ARE SO APPRECIATIVE AND TREAT EVERYBODY WITH RESPECT.. PLUS I AM A KID AT HEART YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS ARCADE IT HAS SO MANY GAMES THERE IS A LOT TO DO HERE AND THEY ALSO HAVE LASER TAG WHICH IS REALLY EXCITING.. SO IT'S NOT JUST BOWLING IT'S GOT EVERYTHING FOR EVERYBODY... SO THIS PLACE IS NOT A 10 FOR ME IT IS AT 11... I'VE GOT TO COME BACK I ALWAYS WILL COME BACK THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I go here a lot good place to go. But the other day we went in they didn’t have any lines open so they put us on a waiting list was told one person was a head of us. So yea we will wait to see. One hour later I go in check the guy said we where next. Ok cool sounds good. 30mins after that I go check just to see a other guy at the desk said we where not on no waiting list at all they stop doing that I showed him the text where I was on the waiting list and mind you I watch him hand people shoes to go bowling. The kid asked me if we really wanted to bowl I said if we didn’t want to bowl I wouldn’t be here we wouldn’t be waiting for as long as we have been. Really rude people at the front desk. So I told him don’t worry about it I already wasted more time then needed to. So I loaded up and went to a other bowling alley. I go once a week to bowl I most likely wont go back here at all they could of done something about it but they never Offered anything….Second Guy was rude. Then when I left I got the text saying I was taken off the waiting list if they would have told me that an hour before I would have left no problem but for them to tell me I was next then see someone walk in and just pay in go bowling is Ridiculous. I won’t waste money their no more i was going once a week. Now I’ll drive longer and I’ll go someplace where they have good Customer Service….
Field trip with 16, 3-4 year old kiddos was a complete success!!!! Customer service was impressive. All kiddos got their shoes in a timely manner. The kiddos bowled for their alloted time. Our pizza lunch was delicious. Their bathrooms were clean. I cannot find anything to complain about our visit. Thank you LanaJo and the robot, I forgot its name, hehehe!!!
Decent place to bowl and a medium arcade . We did the unlimited bowl that ends at 7:00 . We came a little before 4 and got 5 games in . It's started at 4:30 . It was $12 included shoes . Jeffrey the man who helps with shoes is nice. The people who work here are pretty good at retrieving balls and fulfilling requests. There's a cool Robot that delivers your food. We didn't order anything but we watched some of the other players near us get chips and cheese . I came for a birthday party a long while ago. The pizza was good but it had sat out to long . Loads of parking . Probably like half the perfered Parking lot at Busch Gardens . The music is loud so beware . You must where bowling shoes but I saw other people not wearing them who just came in. My hands felt really gross after bowling. They've remodeled scence I've been last. It's a lot cleaner in here than it used to be. They moved the game room and store . Store had nice selection but I couldn't go in . The bathroom was pretty clean but an employee really wanted to get in. So I had to rush and then go back in .
Great establishment. We loved the atmosphere and the great prices. I believe this location is better than other bowling ? facilities. The food was great and the lemonades were superb. Also we love the bar area and secluded seating.The gaming room was great , but in other places they go by credits and not dollars. Kodus for the great machine that they have obtained! I liked the friendliness and professionalism of all staff; front desk, kitchen, and attendants.We will definitely come back and enjoy the great space for family meet up. Bathrooms are great, could use a small chem up from time to time but loved the smell of the soap. Overall good experience, come and try it out yourself! ✅
We had a great experience there. The place looks and feels amazing. Winter Haven doesn’t have to go to Orlando or Lakeland anymore to enjoy good bowling, food, arcade and great service, We even felt safe with sheriff officers there. I highly recommend it.
Very beautiful place,everything was great, food,environment, cleaningBut why 3 starts??The service at the counter was AWFUL, both guys at the front desk were unprofessional, they don't giving you any help or information and if you go tho ask them something..what a mistake, long faces and gesturesIts a shame such a nice place but FRONT DESK STAFF ARE LESS than professional.

Great bowling alley. We went for a child's birthday. Hostess was awesome. They also have an arcade and laser tag. The bowling alley food was very good!
