We frequently stop in to grab a bite to eat a few times a month at Crispers locations. The grilled chicken Cesar salad is the best! For years we’ve eaten downtown Lakeland, our favorite staff member is Sheila and we’re happy to know she’s closer to us at the WH location now! Sheila takes great care of all of her customers and makes dining in a wonderful experience.
Not happy with my order, they served the wrong item and then to fix it only add some green stuff I order the Caribbean chicken flatbread salad, what I was served not quite looks like the one on the menu
My food was good as usual. The cashier was a little odd with the makeup. Didn't give a very good impression. One employee was working with sunglasses on? Not sure how he even saw anything with how dark they were.
I know how much my boyfriend loves Crispers so I decided that it would be a good place for my marriage proposal, the manager and all the restaurant staff were so happy en engaged into this, thank you so much! He said yes! ?
Very disappointed! Go there quite often and usually very good… went there like 30 mins before closing and the flatbread was straight up cardboard made as if who cares I get off in 30’mins! So disgusting and dry! Def lost my business I will be going to Panera from now on!
Ordered a caribbean flat bread salad to go from the online ordering platform. This was our first time dining with Crispers. We arrived and waited in line to pay, it was 2pm on a Sunday so the resturant was pretty empty. The cashier told us to "move out of the way" when we were trying to read the one small menu on the counter to see if we wanted to add anything before we left because someone was 3 ft away paying. We recieved our food, we opened it at a table to check it, we recieved a flat bread stuck to the top of the pizza box all disheveled, when you opened the box several pieces were hanging off the top and sides of the box and a separate salad . No pretty presentation, nothing nicely placed in the boxes, just thrown in and a mess. Felt like they just didn't care.I guess we made a mistake ordering to go because the people dining in had much nicer and appetizing looking flat bread salads. Also found out the flat bread I ordered came with tons of yellow and black colored old Cilantro all mixed in which is not listed on the menu and hated in our family.Over all not the worse experience but not a good first impression. Not worth the 20 min drive one way to get there. Probably won't be back even if the food turns out to taste decent. It's hard to come back from a lack luster first impression.Update: got home and realized they neglected to give us dressing for the other salad in the order. Food is not the fresh healthy meal we were looking for. Very disappointed for a 40 mins round trip.
Horrible, horrible customer service. All I seen was everyone chatting and grabbing sodas. Their soda/juice machine wasn’t even working when I told them they didn’t do nothing about it and that right there is supposed to be their ice cream scoop more like a spoon. If I was able to give 0 stars I would off.
Every time i come here i’m usually the only customer, and there are usually 4/5 people “working” aka chatting and sitting down chilling out.Our sandwich order took 25 minutes, but 10 minutes of that time our food was sitting waiting for someone to bring it to our table. and to make it worse my bread was hard, chips were not fresh, and look at how much avocado they put on the sandwich (photo). disgrace.bathrooms are gross and haven’t been properly cleaning in what looks like years; restaurant tables & chairs are sticky and gross- no excuse for the poor service, dirty interior, and terrible Operational efficiency considering they have so many people “working”.probably won’t come back here, 3 times in recent experience they have been terrible.
I hate writing these reviews, but it was not a good experience. Honestly I just feel bad for the manager guy running around doing most the work. There other employees were just too incompetent. Order was wrong, bread was dry, place needs a deep cleaning, e.t.c. Sad, cause we used to REALLY like Crispers. Still had a great summer salad! Maybe there's still hope. ?
Ordered online, my order comes out to 95$ for5 salads and soup might I add. Only for them to not have a bunch of the items listed on their menu. And then decide to replace the items with ones of less values, Without no information shared with us about their change to our order. Never again ??
