Employees couldn’t tell me if any of their menu options were gluten free. In fact the exact words from the server were “I don’t know anything.” Then they refilled the white rice by simply dumping new rice on top of the old, and so much White rice fell into the brown. The servers wanted to charge my kids extra for lettuce in their “build your own” and my steak was mostly pieces of gristle. Besides this, everything was cold when we sat down to eat it and it hadn’t been long from when we ordered, but just… a very unappetizing meal.
This place is going down hill fast. I couldn't even eat the last order and this time is worse. I ordered Crispy tacos. How hard is that. these things are soggy and absolutely no crispness to them. I order crispy because I want the crispness. Does anyone there do quality contol? Dont even send plasticware to pick up the stuff that falls out of the wobbly taco. I used to like Chipolte but you know what they say First time shame on you. now its shame on me. I won't be ordering from there again. How hard is it to make a taco?
Pretty disappointed, I get the blender or processor may have not chopped the avocado completely, but how do you put half of an avocado (1 solid piece) in a burrito and call it guacamole? Lazy employee or purposely messing with a delivery order.
The customer service was good but the food fell short. I’ll attach the amount of chips that came with the chips and guac. Also, they didn’t close the lid completely so it spilled all over the seat of my car.
This Chipotle is a absolute joke when it comes to selling Alcohol. Purchased some beer around 2pm today (2/7/22) and instead of asking for my Drivers license which is common to do when buying liquor. All I got asked was for my birthday. If a minor decided to buy liquor with Glennlyn running the show then they could easily get away with it , Grady Judd should do a visit here BIG TIME! Also Dining room looked like a nuclear bomb went off and was very disgusting.
I like Chipotle but this location is under staffed, the ice machine had no ice, the food serving area was a big mess. I think maybe a manager would be good to have and some more workers to help out because apparently one worker per station is not a good idea it took about over an hour to get our food. And this place is always busy.
known for quick eats & the customizable ability but the service has declines. still a great place to grab quick eats though.
I love Chipotle, but for some reason they are not measuring up. The meat was hard and chewy. They were getting low on everything when I came thru and hardly gave me any rice or meat. I told them I wasn't leaving until they gave me more. What a rip off. They need to improve.
I love Chipotle, it’s my absolute favorite place to eat. The young people working here are busting their butts to keep up but they don’t seem to have enough support. They seem to be out or very low on a lot of ingredients at busy times lately. Tonight they were out of steak and chicken at 7:00pm. I’m not giving up just yet and I will update to 5 stars if things improve.
the place was in Chaos, one server took a large order to a table took it all out the bag, and spent over 10 minutes opening and closing the order, one food container to the right of her sat opened for over 5 minutes while she tried to figure out if the order was right, the receipt fell on the floor she picked it up and continued to open and reopen food container.
