We love our Winter Haven Chili's! We usually sit in the bar area due to the convenience of quick seating and my husband can watch the sports on TV. We have never been disappointed and our last visit was no exception!! To say our server was outstanding is an understatement, I only wish I could remember her name (She was also the bartender, doing double duty as a server) Our food was perfect as always but our server is definitely what really made our last experience ideal.
Service was horrible! Wait time was 30 minutes,so we sat at the bar, it took 20 minutes to get waited on. Ordered a beer and a coke, that took 10 minutes to get the beer then another 10 to get the coke. We ordered an appetizer and started eating it at the bar then I got a text saying our table was ready. Did not get waited on at the table,sat there for 20 minutes nobody came to our table, we left!!
I ordered from this Chili's through Door Dash and my order was not not correct. I ordered a Mushroom swiss Burger with sauteed onions,, cooked medium well. Needless to say there was NOT one mushroom and no sauteed onions, burger was cooked so hard you could use it for a weapon. My French fries were cold and when I called the restaurant to complain no one answered the phone.. This is this location second time messing up my order. I will never order from this Chili's again. Thankfully Door Dash have me a credit for this mess.
Me and my husband decided to give chilis another try since our last experience years ago wasn't good. Ellie was our waitress and she was great. She was very friendly and we didnt have to ask her for anything. my husband also said his steak was perfect and my daughter loved her pizza(best pizza she's ever had lol ) will definitely be back.

This was one of the worst Chili's I've ever been to! They served me rotten celery not once but twice. The food was cold and my other guests were served undercooked broccoli with no flavor. The service was terrible they had everyone jammed in one area and the restaurant itself was dirty and had a bad odor. Would never come back!
