The food was so delicious and authentic. It was very busy even at 2pm but the food came out quickly.They serve chips and salsa while you wait and it was amazing. Crispy and fresh.The reason why it's 4 stars is only because some of the seats were torn up and definitely needs to be replaced.
Waited 20 minutes for drinks and to order food. Watched a couple come in 10 or so minutes after we sat and had their drinks chips and food ordered before we got our drinks. Couldn't order chicken nachos bc apparently it's a special order? Finally got our food and it was good. Server never came back to check on us. I had to get up to get her attention even though she passed our table at least 5 times and avoided making any contact. Asked for more chips and never got them. Then went to pay and the lady at the front was super rude. Everyone there is so uninviting. Not too sure how they are still in business. I've been a server for years and would be so embarrassed if I was this is how I treated my guests.
My family of 5 went for lunch on my wife’s birthday, 4/7/22 my two daughters decided they did not want Mexican on this day so just had drinks…by 11pm 4/8/22 my wife, my son, and myself were violently Ill with every symptom that comes to mind…the two girls that did not eat here were perfectly fine…sounds like food poisoning to me! It’s not that hard to make sure your food is fresh and not spoiled or contaminated!!!
Serviced sucked..after serving our meals, we didn't see him for 29 minutes ..we waited and waited..asked another server for chips and salsa... HUGE EYE ROLL AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL...YES..PLEASE..so we begin to eat and I found a large piece of plastic.. IN MY BEANS...waited for our waiter to return and showed him my findings...so ..of course I wanted it removed from the bill...no offer to cover my mother's "lunch special" $ 7.99...who lost her appetite after seeing my plastic issue..I believe in good customer service ...they should of compted mom's meal..the margaritas were good..no problem paying for.those.. BUT $ 31 dollars FOR WHAT??? HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED...IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED HIRE NEW STAFF OR TEACH THE ONE'S THERE HOW TO RESPOND...BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!
Excellent friendly service everytime. Great spot to stop for lunch or dinner. Really excellent TexMex dishes and portions. The flavors are on point everytime!

Had to wait a long time to get my order in. Old chips, watered down salsa, hair in my table. Unable to sell me quesadillas on their own without being included in a combo. Decent margarita.
We went to this restaurant with 6 kids in total 14 people and they gave our table to another group and said they will give us a table but the food will take 2 hours.
Truly amazing food food very helpful to answer all your questions on different foods on the menu services absolutely wonderful I grow up eating at this place and I truly can say it's aways been good food
On Sunday a friend and I dined at Chile Verde in Winter Haven. The rudeness of the server was unbelievable. For the first time in my life I decided not to leave a gratuity. I left no tip on the table and drew a line through the tip line on the debit card slip. I was surprised to find on my bank statement that 20% had been added to my charge.
