Very very! Disappointed with my visit today.I asked for a pop cup for my dog which it's just whipped cream in a cup. And it was denied to me. I spoke with Tina a manager and she reaffirmed it. Not helpful at all, and I want to let you guys know that you are the firt restaurant in the entire USA ?? that doest not give pop cups. I work for the industry and I would never disappoint a customer like this. Shame on you. Hope someone fix this soon or never come back again.And I call the phone on my receipt on no answer
I really love Chick-fil-A however my experience with the Winter Haven store has been really horrible lately. I am constantly having to come back to the store after going through the drive through and waiting for extensive periods of time. Then going in the store the manager Tina assisted me her attitude was extremely rude not only did she not greet nor apologize but she walked away from the counter and said started saying negative things about another employee who was having a hard time packing drive through orders! Definitely a disappointment ?
I love chick fil a, I ordered their breakfast today but the quality of the chicken was digusting, can’t believe they served it like this ?
I have not be÷n to a Chick-fil-A in years. I ordered chicken nuggets. I knew the are great, and the were. REAL tender, juicy, hot, chicken tenderloin pieces. YUM
C'mon, it's Chick-fil-A! They're the epitome of customer service and care. Their service is fast, even though their lines can be super long. If, by some small chance the order isn't 100% right, they'll make it right.
I love Chick-fil-a, but. this location is painfully inefficient and there's always something wrong with the order. I'm not inclined to return, which is to sad since I live in Winter Haven. I hope they figure out what isn't a mystery to any other Chick-fil-a that I've been to.
Service was excellent; especially considering the volume of customers. Pleasant personnel. Food is great and prices reasonable. Kudos!!!

The person who took our order is one of the most professional I have ever encountered. Our order was quickly and promptly delivered. We had never tried this quick service and I must say we were pleasantly surprised.
