I decided I would try the new chicken wrap and requested for no cheese sauce, onions or mustard. When I received my meal I checked my wrap due to seeing on my receipt they put xtra onions and to my surprise there was tons of onions on the wrap. I got to the window to let them know and had an employee look at me and turn the other way. Finally I got help and I informed them my wrap was not suppose to have onions on it, they took it and fixed it. When I got back to my vehicle I realized my other order was wrong (suppose to be a plain bacon cheeseburger) but I didn’t want to wait in the line and deal with them again. When I finally was able to check my wrap, it barely had any lettuce or anything on it. The service stinks at this location and I believe it’s time to update the speakers due to the fact they don’t understand a word you say.
I've seen the commercials but what I was served was not what they show on the commercials If you want food that has been slapped together and thrown through a drive-through window then checkers is for you BUt if you want a burger & fries that Looks eatable and taste good don't go to checkers At least not the one in Winter Haven near the Cobb movie theater
Fastest I've ever been served for the time of day but noticed drive thru was moving quick as well. That's so grreat to see in these times. Fraid for the review tho. They may get swamped with customers after this review. Burgers dun right with hot fries n a icy cold Bargs. It was grreat so ?in ✌ after a grreat Checkers meal!!
Great place to eat. Always fast service and almost never get a wrong order
The drive through is longest wait and the worker move slow..they have one line that is available and block other line that make the line delay. I dislike this place because you have to wait your turn to order. Ridiculous! They mess up your order and not giving you any ketchup when order fries. This is why they get this rate. Please speedy up your longest line by open two lanes. Thank you!
Food is acceptable, but I hate being rushed when placing an order in drive thru. U don't need to ask me five times if there is anything else. Especially if I asked for a second to decide my meal.
Good food. Very good service considering the staff shortages that all food service are experiencing. Great staff.
Only had to wait about 5 minutes for our orders. The staff was very courteous.

Love the spicy chicken. Customer service is only great when a specific person is at register. I don’t remember her name but she’s an older Caucasian women.
