I grabbed lunch to go on a very busy day yesterday, while in Winter Haven. I am positive that the lasagna was multiple days old. The customer service was excellent but the food not so much. The cheese was brown and on the verge of turning a grayish color. The cheese was hard and something black was on the layers of pasta. I shouldn't stopped there anyway, but I hadn't been to a Carrabba's since the lasagna was questionable in another state. This must be the norm to serve old lasagna. This chain will never see me again. Bye, bye Carrabba's Old Italian. SMH
Taste is a little bit better than Olive Gardens in my opinion, I must admit! Service is great. Unique taste of Italy I say. Exquisite experience and upkeep seems to be clean, nominal lighting environment and a very friendly waitress attended me. Very considerate and on top of the little things like letting me know the status of the food, when it would be ready and knowledgeable of the menu items. What's an upcharge and what's not as well. Definitely would come here again and gradually have less visits to Olive Garden instead.

I had the lasagna. It was okay but my slice was not near the same as the picture menu. It was smaller and shorter than the menu picture. The house salad tasted ok but the presentation of it wasn't the best for a casual restaurant. For what you pay for in food doesn't equate to portion size. Some refills on my sweet would take longer and other time shorter and they don't offer to give you a bigger glass. I only went here on a Sunday night, because during the dinner hours most places closed on Sundays so your kind of limited on where can dine at in this general area of town when you don't have a car.
18 members of our Sunday golf league went to Carrabbas at 2pm Sunday. We sat at a long table and had one server. She got drinks right, put down refills before being asked, got everyone's order right as well as 9 individual checks. Food was outstanding. Wish I remembered the server's name. Wecwill be back
Each Winter we enjoy delicious meals at Winter Haven’s Carrabba’s. Such tasty herbs/olive oil served with their warm bread. Caesar and Italian salads are nicely dressed and Mama M’s flavorful chicken soup is a treat! My husband’s favorite entrees are Chicken Marsala with Fettuccine Alfredo or Fettuccine Weesie. I enjoy the delicious tomato/garlic/basil sauce on Linguine Positano served with fire-grilled chicken. We have had several different servers throughout these months and have been pleased with their attention to detail. We appreciate the Winter Haven Carrabba team!
Hats off to the Winter Haven Carrabba’s team! We had the best experience with excellent food and wine! But even more impressive was the service from the front of the house to our delightful server Jesse! She made our evening so pleasant and we will definitely be returning for another order of mussels~the best we’ve found outside of Italy!
Excellent food and service as usual. Linda was taking care of our party for the night, she was outstanding.I've been a fan of Carrabba's for many years and I've tried many entree's, but I simply adore the Rigatoni Martino with sausage or chicken! Muah, chef's kiss ?Thank you Carrabba's for being consistent!
