Here I am again. Waiting on the drive thru where they won't let anyone pull forward bc it makes their numbers look bad. this whole place needs to be shut down. All them fired and never allowed to work anywhere againThat is literally how bad this place is. Worthless excuses for human beings. Absolutely horrible

This place needs shut down. Sit in drive thru at the first window is a total joke. I drove to the one uptown much faster service more friendlier. Will not be back to this location.
I don’t usually go for burger kings because I’m not really a fan. However I really liked my burger and fries were nice too. It was a completely empty drive thru, so I can’t judge how it would be if there was a dinner/lunch rush. Had to pull up to first window and pay and then wait there for a while? Then go to the second window, thought that was weird. Don’t know why.
It’s a shame.The customer service is good but they take so long to prepare the food.We realized they are understaffed but something needs to be done to get them correctly going.The lady with the dreads is amazing. And I know she works a lot because every time I come to this place, she is ALWAYS there.
The service can’t be that bad! I assume they are consciously, or unconsciously trying to close this location. You couldn’t order through the drive-thru (apparently the equipment was broken). I waited in line after placing my order. I looked for a place to sit…not a clean table in site! Let’s blame it on being short staffed? In all seriousness, someone from “corporate” should take the time for a standards inspection. This is no way to run a franchise. My complaint is NOT with the staff. They were doing all they could do.
It's a middle of the road Burger King. Nothing real great or real bad. It's fast food, not a 5 star restaurant. Have been there probably a dozen times over in the past year. This visit was for dine in lunch. Big disappointment was... they're no longer offering Burger King promotions such as the mix and match 2 for $5 or $6 deals. In addition, they're not accepting deals / coupons generated by BK.com and the BK app.
We drive thru this restaurant about once a week. The 2 for 5 sandwiches and 2 for 10 meals are nice bargains. Today, when we ordered we were told that Burger King hamburgers were no longer part of any deal. Last week they were. There's nothing on the drive-thru about this change. Disappointed.
Our experience at Burger King at 7350 Cypress Gardens Boulevard, through drive-through, was absolutely awful! After placing my order they told me to pull to the first window and wait until somebody got there. I waited about 5 minutes and nobody showed up, so I pulled to the the second window. The manager came to the window and insisted that I go back to the first window. I told him no and he kept telling me to go back to the first window. I said no, I am not moving. He finally took my debit card from where I was sitting and went and paid for my order. When he handed me our order, the french fries were upside down in the bag. When I said something about the frys, he said that it wae only him and one more person working. When I asked him for the information to the district office, he said he didn't have it. I will never be placing an order with this Burger King again!!
