I'll admit its been a long time since visiting BK... and I was extremely disappointed in my order. My mother and I got the "Big King" meal special.. as well as 2 big fish sandwiches and had to wait nearly 10minutes along with 4 cars ahead of us waiting as well (i don't mind the waiting really i can be patient) but the "big king" burger was so tiny it looked like a regular cheeseburger & was near half the size of the "big fish"... if I knew the burger was going to be that small i would have just ordered a whopper. At least the fries were hot. I guess i just don't understand why a burger would be named "big" when its a tiny burger. :/
The food was excellent and fresh, no complaints there. I do have a complaint however. My niece ordered 3 chicken tender kids meals with our order in the drive thru. What we got was 3 orders of chicken tenders. She went in to correct the problem because her kids were thirsty and she was told she didn't order what she ordered, which I heard her order. I worked at Burger King for a couple of years. You don't treat customers like that.
Placed an online order using the Burger King App only to arrive to the store an hour before closing to find out the manager decided to “close” the store because all the workers left at 10pm because they were minors and she would be the only one working for the remainder of the shift. Okay cool not really a big deal. The manager claimed I had to go back to the “third party app” to get my refund and she didn’t have aubtority to cancel the order or issue a refund on the app. I can understand if the app was door dash or Uber eats but I placed my order directly through the Burger King app. How does the manager not have access to cancel or issue a refund through their company App. Complete joke. Hailey handled the complaint very unprofessional and nonchalantly.
This restaurant had some very good employee's. They had messed up our order but they fixed it quick. Very nice.
The customer service is awful but food is typically right.The manager is rude and speaks to you like you are her child.
? GROSE!! The worst service I've ever had. Dirty restaurant. Dirty employees. Messed up on my order 2 times. Still was made wrong. Do not go to this location. It's dirty. Cold food and , it just sucks. Truth. That one star you see above. It's just so I could post this review. Pay no attention to that star. Brown star. - 1 Don't waste your money.

Great food but I don't like pulling up because in December of 2021 it took them 37 minutes to bring my order.
Food was good. It took about 15 minutes to get 2 whoppers and 1 onion ring, which is ok, but when we sat down, they let me know we only had 10 minutes to eat since they close the dining room at 10pm, even though the drive through is open till 12. We had to walk out on wet, not just mopped, it was a puddle all the way to the door. Also, because they were busy, I watched an employee talk very rudely towards a fellow employee. Another guest was waiting the whole time we waited and before we got there.. they gave him a nasty separated coke icey and when he asked for a replacement, he had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean the machine. And apparently it was the same employee who admitted to giving his order away by accident.Place needs help. Our night ended with a screaming match between a customer in a car and a few employees in the parking lot. Food was good though..
