The customer service at the restaurant is horrible! The ladies who work the counter have no problem giving you dirty looks when you are there to pick up your order. And the wait time to get your pizza is ridiculous. They tell you that it will be ready in 15 minutes, but in reality it will be done in 45 minutes. The people in the back that should be cooking your order is goofing around with the people in the front. And will give you the same disrespectful attitude as the ladies at the counter. All that attitude for mediocre pizza.
Best pizza in the county! (Sorry Floridino's). Friendly server gave us the whole story - retired owners(30 years) of Northern pizza restaurant get bored and open up pizza restaurant. Other Italian food, calzone's etc; my wife had a Eggplant wedge (think folded over pizza dough) which she thought was terrific and she's really picky about eggplant. We'll definitely be back (and hopefully they're working on a beer license) and bring friends with us. Now in 2022 tried the wings along with the pizza. Pizza still terrific, and now add wings to the list. Wings were Garlic Hot and Spicy, and they sure were! Best garlic wings I've ever had!
Brothers pizza on 17 in Winter Haven has by far some of the best pizza in the entire state of Florida……. I’m from the North East originally! I know good pizza….. brothers is authentic!! The best of the best..
First prices are over-rated for the pizza they sell, then they make u wait 25 mins for a pizza. Then you get the pizza and is cheese instead of pepperoni. And tell you u have to wait another 20 mins. When I ask just to get 2 slices the guy gets mad and give me my money back. Worse customer service
The pizza and garlic knots were delicious… wonderful service and almost no wait! Prices are super. Can’t wait to be back soon.

If I could give zero stars I would. On Saturday we purchased a $30 pizza. I was at the hospital with my husband who was having surgery. The order was wrong. I called them. The young lady said she would replace it. I went Tuesday and questioned them about the replacement. Honestly, I was going to only ask for two slices of pepperoni pizza. So the young lady at the counter called the older gentleman from the back. They said too bad I could not get a replacement or a credit for the pizza.I don't feel that t were very professional in the way they handled it. Unfortunately as a resident of Winter Haven, I will never return to this pizza place and give them any of my business nor will I recommend them to anyone.

My buddy and I stopped here 2 weeks ago for a quick lunch. We ordered our salads with garlic knots. Food was good but loved the garlic knots. Our server was great! Very friendly and patient. Nice average place to eat. Will try again when in the area.
Good pizza is hard to find but great pizza is even harder. This is a great pizza place?. If I could eat here everyday ? I would. Ok, I'm hungry now lol
