Ordered on line last night and got confirmation when to pick up the food I showed up around 7:20 and they told me that they ran out of chicken and that they tried calling me back but I didn’t receive any calls or Text from them very disappointed in them I used to live closer and went more often and the food and service was always good but lately every time that I’ve been there they never have what I want the last time I was there they were cleaning the store to close at 7:20 I paid for my order on line and when I got there they had no food the manager said that they would cancel the order and the money would go right back on my card but that didn’t happen so I’m waiting for my refund I also contacted the corporate office for a refund I probably will not be going back Thanks
Excellent experience at this location. Rosa was simply amazing. She was going from table to table checking on guests between taking customer’s orders. An asset to this company.
Went there around 12:30 pm about a week ago with my daughter and the food was disgusting. The mac and cheese tasted like rotten cheese, the stuffing was mushy. Took one bite of the food and wanted to throw up. Never going back to this location again.
Chicken was very small. Fewer sides than in the past. Pretty mediocre. However the lovely lady that waited on is was a gem
I’m sorry to have to leave this review.the food is usually good enough, and the staff is nice but….Over a week ago, I ordered through the Boston Markets website, and soon after I placed the order, I received a call that about half the items I ordered were unavailable. I was asked if I wanted substitutions, but since it was a lot of items, I asked for a refund instead. I was then told by the very polite worker that she didn’t know how to do that and she would call me back after speaking to her manager.The employee called me back soon after that, said the manager was on their way, and that my refund would be put through when the manager arrived .Sadly, over a week later, I have received no refund, nor any further communication about my refund status.Disappointing.Update 12-19-2021:37 days later, Finally got my refund! Woo! Did have to contact corporate but hey, at least the wrong was finally righted.
I’ve lived over here for 2yrs now. Out of the two years I’ve come here a dozen times wanting a Turkey Carver sandwich. I’ve only had luck once. The managers say, “the trucks won’t bring us bread” I’ve heard this several times. Tonight I tried again, the place looked and felt dirty, the food looked like it had been sitting out ALL day, and once again NO bread. It’s ashamed the regional manager and district manager will let this happen. I’ll never recommend this place or come back.
Showed up before eight and the restaurant was already completely closed? All employees were gone. I was about to place an online order which makes me believe this restaurant was still suppose to be open. If management is making up new hours for this location at least follow them. And it has nothing to do with being short staffed.
the food was terible the bathroom is terible I know covid 19 dwells in that place it is a nasty place
Staff was very friendly.They were out of a lot of items, ketchup, and many of the drinks.Some of the worst Boston Market meatloaf I've eaten.The women's bathroom has many spots of black mold. I get that leaks happen but letting it get to that point is disgusting and obscene.
what a blessing this owner and family run business. to be serving all of these families on Thanksgiving. thank you.
