Pizza was good, however, the Waitress didn't tell me that I couldn't substitute the items without a fee. I learned when I got my bill
I prefer Bistro Pizza to all options in town. Best hand made pizza in Winter Haven. Small sitting area but call ahead and take to any of the local bar and eat there.
great pizza. The calzone 100% recommended. I loved the very New York style atmosphere. the service is not luxurious, but everything is ok UNTIL they brought me the bill for 32.00 I wrote 38 to add the tip but in my account statement they charged 40. It's not because of the two dollars that bothers me, it's because of the lack of honesty.
I went here for first time being new to the area. They made me feel so welcome. I forgot my wallet so pizza got cold by time I returned and the pizza Was Still So DELICIOUS! I'm definitely having their food again.
This places is great. The services was Amazing thanks to Ashley she was awesome. Price is super good for the quality… a pizza can cost from $15 to $19 depending the size. Overall it’s a fancy place to eat pizza and Italian food.
Lord help me!! This pizza should be against the law it’s so good. No, they didn’t pay me or offer me anything to write this. I wanted pizza all weekend while out of town and I knew Bistro wouldn’t disappoint so I waited until today. Tell the chef to keep his day and night job. #goodstuff

Went to Union Taproom but their pizza shop was closed so we tried here for the first time… ordered a spinach, mozzarella and pepperoni calzone… no ricotta. Not asking too much and somehow broccoli ended up in it… I reiterated to the hostess only spinach, cheese & pepperoni 2x , seen the chef asking a question about our order and scuffed at me not waiting ricotta. Receipt does not state what I ordered so I don’t know who’s at fault but my kids wouldn’t eat their dinner cause it was made wrong. They love brocolli but this mess of spinach and brocolli was even too gross for me. Everything was ok but accuracy is important. I will not be returning. Also has like four tables in the store so be prepared to order to go..
Mark our server was awesome, attentive, and knowledgeable...the pizza was amazing and the creme brulee incredible....highly recommended !!!
Pizza was really good, a little pricey for one pizza and 2 drinks $30 before tip, sat outside for lunch but only one table outside, waitress was really nice and attentive.
