Great tasting donuts, I'm not from Winter Haven but my father in law bragged about this restaurant about how their donuts just melts in your mouth I thought he was joking but they are pretty good.
I'll start with the positive. They had good customer service. They didn't have a chocolate glazed out but was able to make some from the back and get the donut my son wanted. That was very nice of them. I didn't care for the location. The strawberry donut I had was basic tasting. Their drink case was stocked full. I had a bubble mango tea which was really good. I drove 40mins to get here because of the high ratings but was disappointed. I would go here maybe if I lived closer but wouldn't drive out of my way again to get some baked goods from them.
The food was good, but I had a very simple order of three breakfast sandwiches. Only one came correct.It was a turkey egg and cheese as I do not eat bacon, and luckily I checked because to my surprise they gave me a bacon egg and cheese. Wack . Also they gave me a croissant when I asked for a bagel.It’s the little things.
I asked for no ketchup…Had to throw the whole breakfast sandwich when i got home because it was drowned in a sea of ketchup.I don’t know why they give them a pen and a pad. There was no line and it was not packed so i don’t understand what they ended up writing down in that notepad of theirs when they take your order .
Best kept secret. I hope people don't discover this place because I'd have to fight them off for my doughnuts! The only thing is, you have to take the doughnuts to go. If you eat in, you'll have to endure the owner's children running around screaming. Or, if you want to use the restroom, the little ones will run into the bathroom, slam the door, lock it, and not come out for an hour. You just get to hold it until they're done playing around. But again, amazing doughnuts.
We stopped here for donuts. Service was friendly and fast. We purchased several donuts and some donut holes. The glazed donuts were our favorite.
Came here because of all the glowing reviews; also love shopping local when I can. I preface this review by saying I was in the service industry for years and was food safety certified…The gentleman running the inside register and drive through had one glove on to grab the donuts. I assumed his ungloved hand was to handle the cash/credit card, type on the register, etc. I was VERY wrong.In the scope of 5 minutes he handled ALL the donuts sold, multiple forms of payment, the register system and the communal coffee pots touched by customers with his GLOVED HAND. He DID NOT change that glove between any of these tasks.I couldn’t believe my eyes. Upon closer inspection, the glove looked foggy and sweaty on the inside. Who knows how long that glove had been on, and how many unsanitary things were touched.I get that chefs and kitchen people may wash hands regularly and forgo the gloves, but they aren’t touching items like cash/credit cards/cash register systems/communal coffee pot handles. I wouldn’t be surprised if people get sick here all the time.Donuts went in the trash and I’m currently microwaving my bagel sandwich for two minutes. I’m going to pray the kitchen staff has more sense. Wish me luck!
The very best donut shop in Winter Haven. Bright clean room. Friendly hard working family owners. The usual donut choices, plus boba teas, fresh coffee, check out the croissants and several sandwich options. Why go anywhere else?
Very large selection of delicious, amazingly fresh donuts. They also have breakfast sandwiches and coffees. Fast, friendly service. Will definitely go again when in town. I would recommend to everyone.
The food was very delicious, I don’t have any complains about it. Only thing I didn’t like it’s that they give more attention to the drive thru customers than to the walk in customers. Also some organization in the inside it would do good
