Finally got some good, local boba! It was really flavorful and fresh. I’m also happy that there was a vegan option on the menu (and it was really good)! Overall a great experience.
The only Bach Lac style bakery in Winter Haven. The teas and coffee are delicious. We ordered the Lychee Tea and Mango Sunset for drinks. Pandan Waffle for iyr snack. Crunchy texture outside, fluffy inside, not too sweet, really balanced. Beautiful green color from the pandan leaf. All for $15.
Had the best experience and meal at Bach Lac - what a gem in winter haven!!! The service was exceptional, we were recommended a few specific sandwiches for our first time. I had the grilled chicken bami which was loaded with sweet chicken and fresh veggies, but the real star of the sandwich was the bread. The fresh sandwich bread was warm, crunchy on the outside, and soft on the inside (yum!!!). My mom has the egg rolls which were amazing - the dipping sauce that they come with is the perfect addition. Wonderful employees and an overall great experience :)
FINALLY got to experience Bach Lac, and it did not disappoint! Fresh bread was on point, veggies were crunchy and flavorful, and the pork was perfect.We also dove into their meatball sub and that sweet hoisin cut through in a way no other sub around delivers. Highly recommend. Go give them a visit.
My husband and I love this place. Officially our go-to spot for Vietnamese Banh Mi (sandwich). Used to go all the way to Tampa or Orlando for my banh mi cravings but not it’s close to home. We usually get #1 Combination, #2 Grilled Pork, and #5 Meat Balls. It’s also buy 5 get 1 free. They bake their sandwiches in-house which is always fresh. The lychee boba drink or lychee dessert are good also.
A little gem of flavor, Bach Lac was a pleasant treat to discover. Came for the boba but ended up enjoying a sandwich and a panda waffle too! The grilled chicken bami was sweet, tangy and melting pot of fascinating flavors, the relish and pickled carrot was tangy and brought out the sweetness in the chicken marinade. I ordered a mango tea boba and it was sweet and refreshing. The panda waffle was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and it tastes like a fortune cookie flavored Belgian waffle. The service was a delight, and the gentleman that took our order even let us try the pickled carrot before we ordered to ensure we would enjoy it with our sandwiches. I will definitely be coming back again!
Very friendly service . The food was delicious. French fries amazing . Very health conscious Covid protocols .The boba tea can be adjusted to your taste and needs ( i requested mine with less sugar ) .
I was visiting my family in the area and stumbled upon this little gem. One of the best Banh Mi I have ever had! I tried their special, meat ball, and sausage & egg, and all were delicious. The banh mi was crunchy and the liver pate deserves a chef’s kiss. The taro milk tea and tiger milk tea were also very fragrant and flavorful. Definitely recommend.
Wonderful little sandwich shop. I had the vegan sandwich and it was delicious and my husband had the combination sandwich and he said it was fantastic. We had a peach slushy drink and a mango one, both had a lovely delicate flavor.Really cute, bright, clean place that we will definitely eat at next time we're in Winter Haven!
I always order taro bubble tea. Ive tried boba all over California and Chicago. THIS place made me one of the best taro boba drinks I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to try their other flavors and food!
