Good beef and cheddar sandwich. I got a strawberry lemonade , Wich taste very similar to Denney's but not as good . Convenient location somewhat. Clean inside . Long but short wait.minimal inside you can bring the bell ?. No milkshakes here. Would come again. Good parking . Nice employees. Very apologetic when our lemonade had a bit of a wait which was only like 2-5 minutes not bad.
My curly fries were cold not warm cold like they had been there for a good long time and it looked like they scraped the bottom of the fry pan. Little bitty fries, little pieces only about 4 curly long ones. On the other hand the Andis candies milk shake is so awesome. Definitely go get one of those.
I received a message from the Uber Eats driver (while my status still said “wrapping your order up”) that the restaurant was closed. Ten minutes later my order was cancelled. This is the second time this has happened. Perhaps you should update your hours or audit your staff to see exactly what they are doing in the evening where they can’t complete an order. I won’t set myself up for this to happen a third time. I’m just simply done.
Ordered $20 worth of food between the 2 of us. Fiancé ordered a shake which they kept saying they'd bring out to us. Nearly done with our dinner before they finally come out and tell us the shake machine is down and offered her a soda instead. Didn't offer any refund even though the shakes are a lot more expensive than a fountain drink. Tell me again why I go to fast food places?

I personally had enough, and just avoid this place. Online says this location is open until 11:00pm, we got there last night 02/17/2022 at 10:30pm, the place was closed already, no cars in the parking lot so we can only guess the employees left way before 10:30pm. If the hours have changed, they should update their website accordingly, instead, they want you to call ahead to see if they're open, seriously?!? ...Smh! Customers pay to obtain a service/food, It's not the customers job to keep up with the business hours. Hire more people and update the business hours, it is the Company's responsibility after all.
My girlfriend and I visited the Arby''srestaurant on 3rd Street in WinterHaven Thursday night and foundthe place to be very clean and in good condition. The staff was verypolite and attentive to our needsand wants. The Prime Rib PhillyCheese steak sandwich was reallygood and I would highly recommend it. The jalapeno Poppers were goodas well and had the right amount ofheat. The only minus I could see was the Men's bathroom, where theroll of paper towels were not installed in the dispenser. Other than that, the space was clean and tidy. As of this writing, I highly recommend this place.
I've tried this Arby's twice now. The first time I didn't even get food. I walked in and literally stood there for over 5 minutes and no one even bothered to greet me and take my order. So I left. A few weeks later, I tried one more time... drive thru this time. My fries were cold. Not lukewarm. Not room temperature. Cold. Like they had been in the refrigerator. I will be avoiding this location from now on.
Gave me the wrong Change didn't notice til I was 2 hours away. Drive thru is slow to boot and the food was sloppy cheese all over the wrappers and the buns idk how there was even any on the sandwich
