Wow! What a wonderful place
Short staffed but food was awesome and our waitress was wonderful
I read the reviews. Most complaints were about the staff. Reviews said food was good. Staff was not friendly but not nasty either.I had a good laugh about the food. Typical Italian food in Florida. I do not think people who live here have any idea what Italian food is never mind good Italian food.Food was not terrible but it reminded me of a fast food Italian restaurant with all food prepackaged and frozen.I would love to see a real Italian restaurant in the Winter Garden , Orlando area
My husband and I stopped in today for a quick lunch and our only regret is that we waited so long to try this terrific place. Our server, Juan S, was excellent, super kind, and very efficient. The pizza is the best we have had during the eight years we have lived in Florida, and originally being from Philly and CT, that says a lot. We will return very soon!
Good food. nice quite atmosphere. Never had a problem here. It's our go to pizza place.
I ordered chicken parmesan with fettuccine and it all came extremely cold. Inedible.The fettucini is not fresh, it is like supermarket processed.The waitress was extremely slow, I had to stop myself to get the cutlery because she didn't bring them.I would not go back or recommend this place.
I would give no stars if possible. There are several tables open outside of the restaurants gate. The sign states all seating is open to guests of winter garden regardless of where you buy food from. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait for a seat but 15 minutes passed by and several tables were still available. The manager wanted to tell us all seats outside of the gate are owned by the restaurant and we could not sit here. I explained to him we are guests of the restaurant but we are ordering takeout because the hostess said the restaurant seating has 30 minute wait. Keep in mind the winter garden seating outside of restaurant is not owned by the restaurant and he had no right to tell us to get up. New to this area and I will definitely never come back to this place. Does not matter how good the food is, if this is how a manager treats people then I will not come back.Additionally the hostess was extremely rude to my husband. He was standing at hostess stand for several minutes and she just ignored him. Then someone came up next to him and said “party of 4” without being greeted by hostess and cutting the line. Hostess responds that will be 30 minutes. Then my husband said “party of two” and she responded that will be 30 minutes as well. Then my husband asked “will that party of 4 be ahead of me because I’ve been waiting prior to them coming in”. She responded with rolled eyes, rude hand gesture, and said yea I guess.Does friendly customer service even exist anymore?
My husband and I each had a lunch special which consisted of two cheese slices and two fountain drinks for a total of about 15 bucks after tax. We were really disappointed in the pizza. First of all, the size of the slices were comically small. When we get the lunch special next door at NY Deli Pizza & Bagel, the slices are much larger plus it’s cheaper. I mean, I’m a skinny woman with an average appetite and even I was left hungry after this lunch.Second, the crust was painfully dry. The most flavorful part was the first bite which is in the middle of the pizza. They don’t spread the sauce out enough, imo. The crust is super dry and inedible. The whole pizza was too chewy. It’s the kind of pizza that hurts the roof of your mouth.The dining room is nice with the art on the walls but I’d honestly rather go somewhere that’s fast casual/no waiter.For $15, I can pick up a large pizza loaded with veggies from Domino’s on the way home and it would be a better tasting pizza and value than what we had at Winter Garden Pizza.
I heard some good things about this establishment but they definitely left a lot to be desired ?. The server didn’t seem like she cared in the least. The chicken parm was rock hard and had no flavor whatsoever. The noodles were way over cooked. As long as you stick to the salad you’ll be fine!
Delicious pizza, fast and friendly service. I loved the vegan pizza the vegan pepperoni was flavorful, the pizza was cooked perfectly.
