So I order here frequently and am never disappointed the Gm makes my food great taste the fried corn is soooo good and the customer service is excellent 🙏🏾🙏🏾
On this particular occasion, the wings that we ordered were overcooked. The wait time was also on the long-side.
I love coming to this location, Damesha makes this a great place to eat. She is very thoughtful and will make sure we have everything before and when we eat. She definitely needs to be promoted or get a raise. I would definitely describe her as a hard worker!!!
First time to a wingstop but was in a hurry so asked for boneless wings. Damesha was awesome and told me since it’s my first time not to get the boneless. Love the honesty! And i should have listened as the boneless where quite hard and chewy. Great flavor but so so so much breading. I will be back and plan to listen.
These folks are awesome. Let's face it. Franchise food is that because of its consistency. It should taste the same, from place to place. What differs is the people. The people in this store are excellent. Seriously! While I understand that people come and go and this may change, as of this review I love these folks. They are always smiling. What that means is that they think like they have a pretty good place to work, and the smiles show it. Kudos to them!
Great service amazing people and it’s the cleanest wing stop I’ve been to yet definitely coming back only to this one. Food also taste fresh
My bosses and I frequent the Winter Garden Wing Stop for Friday lunch so much that I have dubbed us the Chicken Wing Club. I even have a special club nickname, Cherry, after my name was heard wrong by the Wing Stop cashier one day and now my bosses call me Cherry in the office. So now, when I order my wings, I tell them my name is Cherry and we all have a good laugh.There's a reason why we like coming here, and it's the fantastic staff and the super awesome wings. Seriously, the wings are always piping hot and taste soooo good. Crunchy on the outside, sauced up nicely, and served with a smile every time. Fries are always served fresh and with a nice sized portion of dipping sauce.They have the coke machine that let's you create select from all the fun flavors, but, seems I'm a cherry coke gal, what can I, Cherry likes the classics.Bathroom and tables are clean, food is fresh, staff is friendly, Cherry and the Chicken Wing Club give this Wing Stop 5 stars and the Chicken Wing Club stamp of approval.
Ordered last weekend, food was undercooked. I specifically asked for well done fries and got undercooked fries and chicken. The thighs were pink on the inside! Had to cook under my oven before i can eat it. Lack of respect for the customer, I don’t recommend this place at all.
Disclaimer: I absolutely love Wingstop when prepared and served as the franchise intended. Unfortunately the franchise does not have very good quality control over their various locations. This review is based on this location that should be shut down for giving the company a very bad reputation. Just ordered from this location again today thinking the last couple times were just bad luck and found that it is consistently horrible. Placed the order online and asked for the wings and french fries to be cooked extra well done with extra seasoning and they were still under cooked and not seasoned well at all. I had to place them in the oven when I got home. My order had 2 different wing flavors in my pack. The wings were not properly separated causing all of the wings and both flavors to run together and tasted bad. While waiting for my order in the store, the three employees working spent the whole time talking badly about previous customers and how they sabotaged their food and their orders and were laughing about it. They did not even care that I could hear and seemed proud of it and justified. I will never return to Wingstop due to this location proving the lack of quality control. Paying a lot of money for a gamble and getting terrible food is not sensible at all. Anyone giving this location good reviews is most likely someone that knows the owner or employees trying to overcome the real reviews from really disappointed customers... do yourself a favor and take your money and service somewhere else.
DO NOT DO A WALK IN ORDER! We placed an order (nobody inside at all) and 35 minutes later we watched 6 door dash orders roll out before ours was done. Next time just go to hooters... the wings are better there anyways.
