Ordered 3 meals. When I got home. Only thing was in the bag was the nuggets. Lots of ketchup. No sandwiches or fries. I was not happy. I did call them and they did accommodate me with three meals missing the drinks. Over all I know mistakes are made. But employees should slow down and make sure that they are accurate when dealing with the customers order
Lobby is often closed. If there is more than 3 cars in the drive-thru go elsewhere. Drive-thru is brutally slow. 1 out of 3 time food order is missing something. But the staff is nice.
Good food, clean place, extremely slow service. You can wait in that drive thru with 3 cars ahead of you and it could take 30+ minutes to tell them your order.
Why is it when you show up at 8pm and the sign says open to 10 pm yet the door is locked every time is ridiculous went to Culver’s where we can sit down and enjoy our dinner.
I almost always get the same thing from Wendy’s and one of those items is their chili I love it but I went last night and I have never had virtually no chili this was a first. no meat no beans really or any actual chili last night it was 3/4 sauce rather than chili what you see on my baked potato was all that was in a LARGE chili )):
I don't usually leave reviews for fast food places because they're usually all about the same, but this one is worth a mention.I am usually near this Wendy's on Tuesday morning so I have gotten breakfast a few times and I always get kind and pleasant service at the drive thru window, which is something few and far between these days it seems.I'll have to get the name of the employee that has taken care of me and give her a shout out. Thank you for being a breath of fresh air among a hoard of mean and indifferent workers nowadays.
Wendy’s is doing a great job remarketing using their fry’s as an enticer but your drive through is slow as cold molasses. Take a play out of Chick filA play book, put someone outside taking orders 2:30on a Saturday #wastingtime
Haven't had Wendy's hamburgers in awhile. Did a pick-up order on their app as I got there. I ordered the $5 for 4 meal double stack w/ bacon, no mustard and extra onions. Which comes with 4 piece nuggets, small fries and small drink. The burger still had mustard and 2 whole slices of onion on a stale bun and all the food was cold. The food still tasted fine except for the stale bun. The service was very fast like everything was made before I ordered. I don't know if there is a bun supply issue but it seems like whatever place I go to that serves food on a bun it is stale. Hope you have better luck than I have lately with fast food companies.?
It's 8:15pm and dining room is closed however the sign says dining room open till 10pm. I had to go ask at the pick up window and all I got was... We are understaffed.I get it but just put a sign on the doors and what's makes it worse is that there are people inside eating.This location seems to have many staffing issues and owner seems to not care.
This store seems to be run well. For the most part, the food is always hot and fresh and they're always friendly.
