It's exactly what you expect, they just won't answer the drive through. Theyre either sitting on their phones, or cleaning up the restaurant and mopping up the floors 2 hours before closing, ignoring a line of cars waiting. Visibly upset with you for being there later at the night and openly disrespectful. My food was clearly tampered with. I'm so sorry that you don't get to go home the exact moment your shift ends, it must be so hard for you kids to have to actually do the job you were hired for. Just close the restaurant at 9pm and stop paying these losers. The employees are just sitting around collecting a paycheck instead of doing their job. Cut their hours and send them home at 9pm, they aren't making you any money and are walking 90-100% of customers past 11pm.
First time at this Wendy’s and very disappointed. We just got back from traveling and was too tired to cook so we decided to go to Wendy’s, we were missing fries, nuggets, and the 10 piece nuggets were spicy when we ordered regular. We ordered 5 cokes and out of the 5 3 were I believe cherry coke. I called to complain but of course no answer. It’s sad that service now in days sucks mostly everywhere.
This location should be stripped of the description of “fast food.” Went in around 10 P on a Sunday night and despite a short line, each car wasn’t moving for 10 + minutes at a time for some reason. At least 2 - 3 other cars (including me) bailed the line before we even got to the speaker (despite ordering on mobile). Though to be fair, the app should have a way of picking up the order inside at a “rapid pick up” shelf or have curbside pick up options like at Chick-fil-A.
Hamlin Wendy’s can’t get a simple food order correct. I seriously have no idea how difficult it must be to enter a burger order into the register. It must actually require some serious training, because these employees can’t get it right, ever! I can’t fathom if I did so poorly at my job ,what those consequences could be! Take some pride and professionalism in the job seriously!
Waited 10 minutes in line, 5 minutes at menu area to make order that I had to repeat three times, and another 5 at payment - thought this would be fast, cheap food. I was wrong on all counts.*Update*I felt so strongly dissatisfied by my experience at this location that I called their 1-800 number for customer service to complain. After waiting on hold for an hour I was able to speak to a service rep who listens sympathetically to my story and told me that I would be contacted by the district manager of that location. No follow-up call as of yet.
Absolutely terrible service. Pulled into drive thru at 3:01 With two cars in front of me. I had a mobile order and gave them my name at 3:15. Finally at 3:35 I made it to the window. This is the second time this is happened. Cecile the manager is a complete see ya next Tuesday.
I am sad to say we did not have the best food or service. Our touch screen ordering area wasn't working so we stood at counter and did not get service until I had to say Excuse me. The kitchen did not look clean as there was food and other debris on the floor.I don't recommend the grilled chicken sandwich. It was dry and tasteless. My other family members liked their double burgers as they were freshly cooked. My chicken item had been sitting on the warmer for awhile. Fries were typical fries. Not piping hot fresh, but not hours old either. I don't recommend unless you stick with the burgers when it's busy. The staff were very busy with drive through orders, can barely handle dine in.However this is happening at many other fast food restaurants since Covid, so they're not alone.
Always great food and my favorite is the double. I have had the chili and on a cold day it warms you up nicely and is not too spicy. The fries are good and more like homemade fries rather than the shoestring type from other places. Also the baked potatoes are a different and filling lunch treat with various toppings you can customize it for what you like.
Ridiculous that’s the word to describe this place. Literally waited at the drive through window with no acknowledgement for 20 minutes. Cars were wrapped around the building with no movement and a car actually went in front of us in the drive through. Freeman had to cancel my mobile order hopefully I at least get a refund. And inside was closed so no way around it!
Even though the staff know the pictured device is not working they leave customers to struggle through the online ordering process and stand there while the machine takes forever to timeout with an error. Too lazy to put an 'out of order' notice on the machines? The customer behind me walked out after her online order failed and she was ignored while waiting to place an order with the counter staff.
