We love to frequent this venue because service is always great, and we love the menu. They will accommodate our large group, usually 6 to 9 people. Love that they like the larger party.
We arrived early and had quick service but noticed the increased noise level as more people arrived. It was our first time there and will do it again only if weâre able to arrive by 5:00.
UPDATE*** Jane, the General Manager, reached out to explain the misunderstanding. I have not been to Urban Flats in a while and she explained that they have been closed on Tuesdays for 6 months now to give the staff a dedicated day off. Open table has since been updated so reservations cannot be made on Tuesdays. I had a great experience there in the past and plan to visit again soon! Thank you! I made a reservation on Open table for a Tuesday, which was accepted. I arrived at the restaurant to find it closed on Tuesdays.

Nasty manager on 6/30 who did not know how to deal with a busy night. Extremely rude to talk about waiting guests in front of them as if they were an inconvenience to your night rather than the people who actually support your paycheck. Next time show some kindness and patience. We will not be back -your food is not worth the rude treatment of guests and staff.
Very cute bar area, waiter Lane was attentive and helpful. The appetizer we really wanted- blistered shishito peppers on the menu was not available but we got the suggested artichoke and spinach dip. It was nice and cheesy but could have added more spinach and the chips were just ok. My meatloaf was tasty and two portions, my husband ate one. The sweet mashed potatoes with my husbands pork chop were excellent, the regular mashed potatoes were mediocre. The pork chop was cooked perfectly and the vegetables were very good too. Overall, it was right in the middle. Nothing exciting but hey, I didnât have to cook at home. With all the positive reviews we thought we would he blown away but that didnât happen. We didnât order drinks so for the appy and both dinners it was just over $63. The pork chop was overpriced we feel but then again meat is expensive. Probably wonât be going again but if you are looking for average food this is the place!

We were there with a group of seven , service was fabulous, food always a delight, they are so gracious to accommodate . It is our favorite Winter Garden spot.
