An incredible addition to Winter Garden. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The burgers are phenomenal, the appetizers are great, and the desserts did not disappoint whatsoever. Whatever you choose to dine on or drink here you will not be disappointed.

This was a location that was destined to have an amazing restaurant! It hasn’t disappointed. Hangry Bison in Winter Garden is hands down an amazing atmosphere. Love this spot way better than winter park. Service is fantastic and the bartenders know what they are doing.Happy hour is now in winter garden! The menu makes it hard to choose because everything sounds delicious. I had the Bison Burger, and it was perfect! The service was good, the restaurant was very clean and again- the food was amazing. I'll definitely be back as there are a few other items on the menu that I want to try. 2 ? ?
This place was busy! Wow! And.... I didn't go over the menu or take a close look at their logo. All was good though. You can't go wrong with Burgers, Bourbon, and Beer! ?What was amazing was our server (totally forgot her name), came over to me at the table at 7pm, as we waited the few minutes for our guests to arrive. She asked if I wanted to place an appetizer order from the Happy Hour menu, it stopped at 7pm. I did! The BBQ wings and the Fried Green Tomatoes! Those were definitely enjoyed! The menu took us back a bit but once explained, we all thought it was ingenious.Take the special pen they give you, and MARK YOUR MENU of what you want! It's the "Buile Your Own" that is the back of the menu. The front has apps, salads, and a selection of burgers with condiments that sell the best.Definitely check out their huge array of Bourbons! I might go back to sit at the bar just to enjoy some of what they offer!With the restaurant so busy, we did give the kitchen some leniency. Suddenly someone came out and asked about the GF allergy in our group. He was double checking to make sure all would be perfect. Yup! GF and the best customer service I've had in a while.Food came out shortly after our visit from the kitchen. Hot and delicious! My Bison burger was cooked exactly how I asked and the sweet potato fries were amazing! All so good!We enjoyed the Bread Pudding and the Peach Cobbler Cheesecake for dessert!The only negative things were..... 1) too little caramel sauce for the bread pudding (which was a bit dry for me) and 2) it was very hot in the restaurant itself. We all agreed that summertime may not be the best time to go here since half the restaurant's walls open to the outside.In my opinion..... a definite must for a great night put!Jos2cents.com

Great new restaurant. It's very easy to make a reservation online, which due to the popularity, is highly recommended. Hubby had the bison burger and I had the impossible burger. Both were great. Katie was a fantastic server!
