The location is very convenient but the service is 50/50half the employees hate their life and spread on the toxicity the other half are kind and polite. My main issue is out of approximately 10 orders 7 have had some sort of issue or something wrong
The worst Taco Bell in Orlando! Expect to sit in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes. Expect any special instructions to be wrong or completely ignored. Expect food portions in any burrito not to be spread out. They always close the dining area early, so don't expect to dine in. The staff members are actually nice ppl, which leads me to believe this is a management problem and poor training and lots of turn over. There's a much better Taco Bell about 2 miles away off 50. Trust me, by the time you drive there and back, you'll still see the same cars in the drive thru...... so don't waste your time!
Tables were not clean and wait too long for my food to be prepared. Will not be back.
I love Taco Bell but this one is terrible. Every order has some flaw ( chicken in the order I wanted no chicken, Sour cream and tomatoes when I ordered the items without it.)
I used to love this location but last night we waited over THIRTY minutes for food and then they advised us that they gave it to someone else and provided hassle to make it again for us. In addition, the time before they told us that we could not order KFC because we were not in the drive through. They have some nice employees but we got the poor luck of the draw as they whispered things to each other about my family last night when in actuality I just wanted the product I paid for. Like I said, I loved this location so much in the past but I guess now it's just drive through if I actually want to eat.
The food was fine like any other Taco Bell. But I ordered the Crunchwrap and a taco combo, the Crunchwrap was fine. But, the hard shell taco’s shell tasted like plastic and my taco was cold.
It’s 12pm and this is the fourth time that we’ve arrived at Taco Bell during operating hours and it’s closed. The lights are on but there’s no one home.
4th time in three months they've been closed randomly at lunch time with no signs stating they are closed.
Very bad customer service, i ask for a bean burrito and 3 people come and ask and the cooker was with attitude.
I just got here and it’s four in the afternoon and they tell me after waiting in a long line over the speaker that they are not open. Do you think if they’re not open in the middle of the afternoon they have a sign to let everyone know what a waste of time
