This is the most unprofessional Taco Bell I have ever been to. Lately, they have not been opening at 8am and whoever the opening staff is, she is extremely rude. Today I called to make sure they were open and she said they wouldn't be opened for another 15 min. According to GOOGLE, the restaurant opens at 8am. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back, she answered the hung up again. I understand the restaurant business and some days staff may run late but this is constant and the staff is disgustingly RUDE.
This place was the worst taco bell I've ever been to. The staff was so rude cause they forgot our food we paid for and then to roll your eyes cause I want the rest of my order. It's your JOB if you don't like it go work elsewhere! Don't wate your money or time at this trashy place. Oh yeah bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned forn over a month. STAY AWAY I PROMISE YOU WILL BE HAPPIER!
I ended up at this taco bell due to the fact that I wasted an hour at the one closer to my apartment. I mobile ordered yet again. However, it still took a LONG TIME! It was moving a little faster then the other, but the whole experience was probably close to 30 minutes. The main difference is that I actually got my food.The only reason that I gave them 2 stars was because I actually got my food and it was all there. I had been craving this for a week.Again, this probably had to due with staffing. This has been a major trend lately. It's so upsetting.I just can't believe I wasted 2 hours for taco bell. By the time I actually got to eat it my crunchy tacos were soggy and the quesarito was child. Not how I wanted my night to go. ??????
Never open for breakfast. Do not order through the app here for breakfast. Posted hours are 8am open but there is never anyone at the restaurant. You can order through the app and pay and there is no one to make you food. Very unprofessional. Change your hours if you can't get anyone to come in, at least that would be respectful to the customer.
It's amazing how long it takes to deliver an order. the associates only walk and talk while customers wait for their orders, it seems disrespectful to me and something must be done to solve it.
The doors say “Dine in open, come in”, yet the door is locked. When I place an order through the app, go to the drive thru, they don’t have the order. I told them what was on the order and they told me to pull ahead. Got to the window, nothing. Told them three times what I was trying to order and they didn’t bother making it. Thanks
Ordered my food and sat there for 25 min without anyone saying a word or taking my payment. It was not busy at all as there was 1 other customer in the store and i seen only 2 cars go through the drive thru.. They were doing more talking then trying ti serve the customer. Looked right at us and kept doing what they were doing.. Horrible seevice
Horrible experience. I ordered and it took 32 min to make 1 taco and one cheese roll up. They had one guy working the counter and making food. 1 lady making pizza and 1 lady taking orders and making drive thru food. It was a disaster in there. People we waiting forever and upset. I got my food after 32 min and it was wrong. I didnt even want to say anything because I was going to be late to the airport. This was a joke.
The price they charge was more than the website advertiser and don't accept Taco Bell gift card. I used drive true.
I was told by Destiny Taco Bell Does not except Taco bell gift cards anymore. When I asked for corporate number she decided to have a drama fit ?! She had no clue that number nor her store number. I have never experienced a temper tantrum like that. I understand it's Taco bell but a little professionalism goes a long way. Not Drama fits ! Nobody wants to hear it or see it .
