We placed an order online last night. We ordered steak and instead received chicken. Sent an email to explain what happened. Stephen Pryor the Franchisee, emails me back this morning. His email was to solely make sure that we were “aware” of the different types of meat they have at Subway and to make sure we were “aware” of what meat we ordered with our sandwich. I wouldn’t have sent an email if the order was correct. The fact that management felt the need to respond to my email to not really apologize, but to blame the customer for thinking they didn’t know the difference between steak or chicken is absurd! Definitely won’t be ordering from Subway ever again! Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service that we received. Do yourselves a favor and don’t come here.
I’m not coming back.I asked for lots of certain toppings as you can see it was barely any, they didn’t toast my son’s sub after they suggested it. They seemed annoyed and hesitant to give more or even some toppings.
Worst Subway experience I ever had. Placed an order online, the app said it was ready after 30 minutes. I got to the store, it was not ready. I had to wait for an additional hour. The two sandwiches I paid for had almost no meat on it. It was a very frustrating experience. Avoid this Subway.
Ordered a veggie delight, this was the saddest sandwich I've ever seen! I ordered online, picked it up on my way home. When I opened it i was extreamly disappointed. There was basically cheese,unripe tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. It was half of the sandwich I ordered and paid for. It's a simple sandwich how could anyone mess it up?! Thankfully I had mustard and mayo at home. Should of just made it myself and skipped subway all together! The guy was wearing a blue shirt so guessing he was the manager. He managed to lose my business.

Ordered ahead of time for pickup and they were done 5 minutes early then quoted very thankful for that
Went at a very busy time and the staff was really good. Not only was the store clean they were making orders really quickly
