It's a shame that such a beautifully updated store is so dirty. I had to ask the gentleman making my order to wash his hands after cashing out a customer. I was charged for the wrong sub even though I told him at the register exactly what I got. Also I had to ask for the darkest piece of bread I could see because it was all under baked. Won't be back to this location, but hopefully this will give the owner some insight as to what his/her customers experience.
It was nice neat customer service was very nice the the attendant that was making my sandwich had gloves the whole time and the sandwich was great

The young lady with the blue/green is horrible. I ordered the wrong drink in the drive thru. I backed up as no one was behind me and tried and tried to get this ladies attention she did everything she could to look the other way and not help me. I finally came in and another very nice lady helped me out. I go again to this location in the drive thru and a young man helps me out and is very nice. However, the next thing I know here comes Ms. Blue/Green Hair she opens up the window in a quick manner and says " here you go your sandwich". I mean the manner in which she did this was like she was hinting for me to get out of the drive thru. I simply said I have a drink also. The lady said Sir he is making that drink. Well hello if you would have said that when handed me the sandwich instead of rushing me out of the line I would have known that. I mean a here is your sandwich please hold for your drink would have did wonders.
The nicest Subway in Orlando.. it's a low bar but they limboed it well! ?
Since last year, they have improved greatly. My sandwich was FULL of fresh, tasty toppings, the meat was delicious, and the service was excellent. I am increasing my rating to five stars. Highly recommended.
I'm biased. I love this place. They make great sandwichs..almost as good as I do. My sandwich or salads would cost way more. Lol

Tried ordering delivery, worst decision. They literally haven’t even started preparing my sandwich and it’s about to be a hour. Tried calling four times but nobody answered. Pathetic customer service.
The young men working were very polite and respectful. The bread and ingredients was fresh and we plan on visiting again
