Love this location great coffee seemingly happy people the guy Derek that has an axolotl on his name tag needs a raise and or promotion he was born to work in customer service. While waiting for my coffee to be made one busy morning I sat and watched everyone hard at work and the way he handled a complaint on top of everything else going on I was impressed he's very professional, kind, and funny.
The manager, Bri/Bree (sp?), has amazing customer service skills. She is kind and truly thoughtful. I came through the drivethru window today; she asked me how my day was going to which she genuinely listened.I know this may not be a big deal to some, but for me, it is the little things that truly count that help to make this world a better place. Kudos and a heartfelt thanks to Bree!
I come by here frequently and have always reviewed great service. They are friendly and extraordinarily efficient. Today I went by and was greeted with a cheery smile by an employee outside running the drive thru. When I got to the window the woman was equally as friendly and complimented me as she handed me my coffee. On the lid of my coffee was a sticker that said " you're someone's reason to smile :)" this extra little love surely went a long way. ❤️
This Starbucks is the best Starbucks EVER. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the drinks are always on point. Josh is a friendly face that makes it a special experience. Bran and Autumn remember our orders and treat me and my friends with kindness and humility. Everyday of our senior year we would come to this starbucks after school and i’m so glad to have had the experience that we did. When our friend group moves to different colleges, I will be so grateful for the memories and stories we shared at the tables here this past year. Much love to this starbucks and this crew!!
It's one of the best location I been to in a while .great staff and management.price went up over the period of time . A little more attention to the cleaning or you will start to loose your status and customers .but still deserve the 5 ⭐ at this location.awsome job thanks
We travel all over the usa and world AND let me tell you, this starbucks store is so clean and efficient!!! Goes to show what a good management team does for one store!!!
This Starbucks should be fined everyday that people are stopped out on HWY 50 trying to turn in. They should be legally liable for any accident that occurs because of their negligence. There is absolutely no attempt to direct traffic to avoid the backup onto the highway. It would be extremely easy to force people to enter on the west side and wrap around through the parking lot. But they don't and for that they should be held accountable for any accident caused by this.
The worst hot cocoa I have ever had, I immediately poured it down the sink, the cup and tiny green stir thing went right into the garbage. I really don’t see what the hype is about this place. I’ll prob be dogged quite a bit for my review. Take it from me though just buy some milk and Hershey cocoa powder and make it from scratch at home. Sadly I have no photos of this experience, I will however continue to send my grandchild a gift card since he likes the vanilla bean frappe thing and this is what Gaga does.
