We've been coming to this restaurant for over ten years and have always had a great experience but unfortunately tonight things changed! I had to ask the waitress for hot sauce twice but it never came. She later blamed it on her busboy/lady but ultimately it was her responsibility. The check came and we realized that they had charged us full price for a virgin Piña Colada. We asked the waitress why and she simply stated that that was the way it had to be priced! We were not satisfied with that response so we then asked the young manager/owner if that was the case. He denied it and said she had made a mistake or punched the wrong button but his overall attitude was defensive and seemed like he couldn't be bothered! Very disappointed and I truly believe that the original owner (father of the manager) needs to teach his son better manners, patience and respect towards those who ultimately keep their business running!
Absolutely love this place. All the waitstaff are so nice and attentive. Servando is so sweet and runs a great restaurant. We come here at least once or three times a week. Food is amazing.
True authentic Mexican. Was kind of taken aback with no cheese dip, but the chorizo was wonderful, and the salsa was so great that I realized I didn’t need queso. Also, the chips were great and thick, like they should be.The owner (I believe anyways) was so incredibly kind, and the waitresses as well. So glad to have found this place.Also, it was very clean. And my meal was quickly prepared and the prices were very affordable.
My wife and I have always wanted to try this place out and now that we have, the food was amazing. We did not dine in but we will be doing that in the near future.Update: Dined in for thr first time. The service was amazing. Getting the food fresh at the table was 10x better. Got the chicken fajita. It was amazing good!

Food was fantastic! I shared the steak Burro Magnifico with my date and was so filling and delicious! I must say that the salsa was less than satisfying. It was only water, onion and cilantro lots of cilantro. The tables were clean, the atmosphere was nice and the beer was cold! Overall very satisfied

Friendly service, seemed clean - but really bad food. I’ve never had more bland food in my life, including a recent stay in a hospital. The shredded chicken in the enchiladas had a very wet, soggy boiled texture. Speaking of enchiladas, it was a layer of soppy wet chicken with a wet soppy tortilla as a blanket, maybe a teaspoon of enchilada sauce, all topped with maybe a cup of shredded cheese. My entire family had the same comments and we each ordered something completely different. For everyone saying “authentic”, I’m flabbergasted.Sadly won’t be back - I love Mexican food but nothing tasted good here. It didn’t taste bad either, just tasted like nothing at all. 2 stars just for friendly service.
