Tea nearly clear as water. Spaghetti n Meatballs Suprisingly had no sauce ð¤ Got there an hour before closing. Maybe the kitchen was closed.
Michael, the manager was the reason for the 5 stars. We knew it would be his last day in this location and he will be in Kissimmee’s location, to be honest we might go there because we trust the restaurant and the services under his management!Taylor, should be more knowledgeable about customer’s special requests. When we say we don’t eat pork and we don’t do alcohol in food, she should make sure all the food comes free of these items but what we got was with pork and alcohol in two plates out of 4. And we were the one caught that after eating it, not her.He was awesome, friendly, so considerate, understanding, and professional!!Food was so good, and special thanks again to Michael!!!! Good luck!!
The restaurant is huge. We arrived at 7:30 pm and there were perhaps 3 other tables with guests. Several tables had dirty dishes from previous guests. We stayed only because we were meeting another couple. Food was forgettable.
I placed an order via their website on Wednesday evening for my pastor and his family to help make sure they had dinner delivered for Thursday evening since his wife recently had a serious surgery and was in a lot of pain. I had 2 horrible experiences with door dash Thursday evening in regards to the delivery of this food. The first driver made it through the gate of their subdivision but never delivered the food, the second driver cancelled the order citing that someone else had picked it up. Door dash dropped the ball BIG TIME… their customer service department had me transferred to Kat over at Macaroni Grill. I explained in detail what had occurred and she was so apologetic (though it was not their fault). She then spoke to the general manager and they offered to do something for me that they don’t do at all, and that was to PERSONALLY, have someone from their restaurant deliver it to them. She assured me they would get it and would text me when it was delivered. This is what customer service is about!! What happened was not their fault, yet they understood what happened and my intentions and went above and beyond their duties to help. I’m forever grateful for Kat and the General Manager that helped her make this possible for this family! I will support their business because that’s the type of service that we should give to others, specially when there’s a need…May God bless you all…Thank you is not enough..
Pasta was both undercooked and overcooked. Seasoning was bland. Peach Sangria and Frose was only good part of meal
Good experience..
Took my wife and two daughters for a family dinner. Great spot. Good food and service
We went for my husband’s birthday use too be his favorite restaurant but it’s gone down tonight. Waitresss was old n forgetting things n was cheap with the oil we kept asking for refills. Food quality has gone down too we all got chicken scaloppine n the chicken was not as moist this time they taste dry.
Two years ago, this was a prime date night spot. Somewhere where we could get our money's worth while having a good time on the paper tablecloths (bring your own pens). Tonight was almost the opposite of that. The staff all seemed moody. The food quality has gone way down (it used to be fresh chicken, now I can tell you it was Tyson Grilled Chicken Strips (yes like the ones you can buy frozen at the store)). The service was mediocre, we paid for unlimited soup and only ended up getting a single one (granted the soup was pretty alright and it's fairly priced for one soup). There are also ants across the establishment. It's unfortunate that this place has gone in decline, but that's just the nature of it.
Food was good but temperature of food could have been hotter. The restaurant was pretty empty for a Friday night. Service was great and Marcus took good care of our party of 5.
