I love Rita's and am so happy one finally opened here! The employees are super, the Italian ice is amazing, and I definitely recommend the root beer Gelato.

Staff was very kind. I got the tropical paradise misto shake and it was very refreshing! I will be coming back for more shakes for sure. My boyfriend loved his peanut butter milkshake.
New shop open and everything is amazing. Word needs to get out about this place

Rita’s deserves 10 STARS ?????????? You’ll never be disappointed with this little piece of Heaven. It truly is AMAZING, trust me!!! I wish I could franchise one in Alabama, preferably Albertville!!!!! But until I win the lottery (another thing that Alabama DOES NOT HAVE) we will hunt down a Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard location in Florida every time we go. You’re gonna want another one when you eat the 1st one so go prepared to get TWO! You’ll thank me!!! ????
Just stopped by for some custard on a Monday afternoon and Evan, a young man working there was so very pleasant. So nice to see such a responsible and respectful young man and he’s been working there for over a year. Very personable great service. Ok and yes the custard was delicious!!
The store is clean and the employees are friendly. I generally like Jeremiah's Italian ice better though. You get more for your money there too
