It is typically difficult to get a pizza made the way you order it. This location has been spot on with the extra sauce being applied as well as the extra cheese as I order it. There is nothing more disappointing to me than get a pizza with almost no sauce on it after asking for extra. Thank you Stoney Brook Pizza Hut for continually making a great saucy pizza.
Absolutely awful service. I spent 15 minutes trying to place an order through the app, but was just receiving an error whenever I tried to place the final order. I called the store to order directly, but after telling them about my issue and that I wanted to use my points points free breadsticks, they just hung up on me. Unreal, will not order from here again.

Make sure all orders are fresh no matter what time ordered. Ordered carry out online to pick up and when I arrived I rung the bell so many times that I eventually went back to my car and begin to call them inside. Minutes later a guy walks to the door looks and walks away. He came back and said I think this them and I stated my name. He returned with my order about 1230a or so and I got home to hard crusted pizza that was burned so badly the pepperoni were like hard coins, barely any cheese and PILES of sauce ??♀️. And the BBQ wings omgggg they were undercooked and thrown in a bowl of BBQ sauce still plain! I threw away $20 of food at 1am in the morning and still was upset and hungry that no one ate dinner Friday night in my house.

barely any pepperoni on pepperoni pizza and the crust tasted old. Thin crust was better and ordered my free wings and did not get.....did not show up that I ordered at all. Thats ok.....did not take my points away. Brownie was the best part.
One of my pizzas did not seem very fresh. Like maybe it had been made earlier and was a mistake or someone canceled an order. So they just reheated it for me. Was very tough and chewy. Usually good experience there, but not tonight
Well the Detroit pizza we ordered could not be made because the ingredients were not available. The location called me and we instead ordered a large stuffed crust with light sauce and extra cheese. What we received was a regular pizza with no sauce... and probably not extra cheese.
Wow pizza hut, that cardboard crust was great. Thanks for that, but I guess you get what you pay for…have some pride.
