I heard of this place and decided to try it. I ordered the Italian sub with German and red potato salads. The bread I got was not fresh. It tasted partly stale like it was a couple of days old. I am sure the deli will say they get it fresh every morning. I don't care, it still tasted stale. The meats were also not of high quality. The sub tasted fairly blah as did the potato salads. I left most of it there and went somewhere else. The service was nice, but the food needs improvement. The prices are also a bit high.
This is not a large restaurant but it is big on flavor and customer service. Lots of amazing menu choices like: sandwiches, subs and wraps. Everything is made how you want it: type of bread, toasted or not, cheese - yes or no, and those great deli condiments of spicy brown mustard and horseradish mayo. We had the hot pastrami sandwich and the roast beef today - pretty pedestrian considering their amazing specialty sandwich menu. Also, I was VERY excited to find frozen pumpernickel bagels from Just Bagels in New York. We'll be back!

I have been in Windermere a month and found my little secret spot. there isn’t much close to Waterstone except bobo burger place and some foo foo poke [email protected] and Aldi. Best sandwich i’ve had in a long time. people are great and our last name is almost spelled the same. Great people and can’t wait to try the whole menu. best thing i’ve eaten all month
They have an old school ny deli vibe here, and great sandwiches to back it up. They ordered a number of items from ny to use here to make your experience better. Love the Ham and Provolone
Wow!? We had a roast beef sandwich, and egg salad on rye. I wish I had a picture but it’s gone. So delicious and awesome vibes here! We’ll be back for sure!
My daughter & I came in and picked up dinner tonight and everything was DELICIOUS. We’ll definitely be back for yummy sandwiches and cannolis ? grab the Rachel sandwich— you won’t be disappointed!
Finally tried this place and I’m mad at myself for not trying it sooner. Each of us loved our sandwich and our expectations were pleasantly exceeded. This is now one of our staples in our lunch rotation. Come visit, it won’t disappoint.
One of the best subs I've ever had! Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and fast service. I had an Italian sub and a side of pesto pasta macaroni... Incredible. Highly recommend this place
