Got the family bundle tonight, a really great value for the price. Everything tasted good but the best part was the service. I tried to order for the 1st time last night online but I wasn't able to get delivery, some kind of glitch with the system but Brie went out of her way to make it right and called the GM Caitlyn who personally delivered my order this evening. Both were super friendly and happy to go the extra mile. I have a full belly and you have a new regular thanks to these two outstanding ambassadors of your brand. Thank you again Caitlyn and Brie. Keep up the good work & great attitude.
Disgusting food. Pei Wei used to be pretty good and use relatively clean ingredients about 6-8 years ago, things slowly declined but pre and post covid, have taken a complete nose-dive. Ordered 3 things today- all horrible. Soggy crab wontons. Overly salty won ton soup. The absolute worst was the chicken over rice. The "fried" chicken was the texture of mashed potatoes and the "sweet & sour sauce" tastes like someone dumped 1 cup of vinegar and 1 teaspoon of honey into my dish. I LOVE vinegar but this was plain disgusting. The "fried" rice? you guessed it, complete mush. The prices have gone up, the quantities have gotten smaller and the quality is complete rubbish. Will never eat from a Pei Wei again.
Ordering was really easy. I went to peiwei.com and placed my order and within 5 minutes I was parked at the restaurant and I didn’t wait not even two minutes before my order was brought out to me. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was great and very fresh it was piping hot. Will definitely eat here again.
My past experiences here haven’t been great but they have certainly improved lately. Employees are very friendly and accommodating. The food has also gotten better. The girl at the front desk helped us out when an order came out wrong and was really nice.
I’ve seen bank tellers held up at gun point who were more excited to be at work then the employees who work at this location.Upon entering the restaurant, the cashier who stood parallel to the door blatantly ignored us as we stood in line until we approached her and stood directly in front of her. After each item we ordered, she quickly responded with, “is that all?” before allowing us to provide her with the entire order.Once seated, our food was brought over. The new bourbon chicken leaves much to be desired. It is slimy and undercooked with artificial grill lines imprinted on the chicken. The dumplings we ordered were also paler (and more translucent) than an Ohioan visiting Florida on Spring Break and somehow colder after being “cooked” than they were in the freezer.Don’t waste your time eating this “food,” especially at this location.
Helpful & friendly staff. Ordering is easy. Food is prepared quickly & delivered fresh. One of my favorite stops to eat!
If you are very hungry do not go to this place. The food takes long enough for you to leave and not come back. The food is very good, good quality and very good taste. The place feels cozy.
Pei wei is usually my go to Asian quick bite. The variety is wide and food always came out hot and delicious. Nothing to complain about,
Uncle Roger would be horrified with what I would call the worst fried rice I have ever had, hands down! My wife and I both had the Firecracker Chicken, but this dish sadly did not live up to its name. There was no fire in this dish - quite bland indeed. The word, "chicken" in the name was quite the misnomer as well; there was more deep fried batter than chicken...or, at least, I think there was some chicken in there. The noodles I got with my meal were just that - noodles. No flavor at all.The place was empty and I can understand why. I don't normally come here, but came here with others at their request. I hope China Wok on Stoneybrook forgives me for straying from their delicious cuisine - in all fairness, it wasn't my fault. With so many other Mom and Pop Chinese restaurants in the area there is no point in coming here or to Panda Express.Edit: After contacting corporate, per the owner's suggestion, they made it right by me by giving me a refund on my purchase and emailed me coupons. Thank you.
4 of use went there for dinner. The food was horrible, 2 of the orders were wrong. I ordered sauce one the side and they put the pineapple in my sauce. The other order they forgot half the vegetables. We won't be going there again..
