The employees that work there are so mean oh my goodness. There was no one at the cash register and I was picking up my order and I didn’t see my second order and I walked to where the employees were and asked kindly where it was, their face immediately changed from a smile to a grimace and side eye. Panera, make sure your employees know some kind of customer service because that was not okay.
Probably the worst stop for breakfast in WG for the wait time (30m for two bagels, and minimal other patrons there). Overpriced for expected moderate quality.Better place to visit is the French Cafe. On-point service, and high quality pastries.
Not even close! Totally deceived by the menu pictures. Don't get me wrong, I like Panera for other things but not this one.
Location: Winter Garden at 3131 Daniels Road. This location does not have a drive-thru. Unfortunately I can not rate this Panera location over a two-star because the service was very poor. I went inside the store to order "to go" thinking it was going to be faster than ordering pick up. I ordered a Cobb Salad and a Cream chicken soup with wild rice and the cashier over charged me by $10. She called the store manager to do a refund. Then she again charged me for an extra soup. Having to call the manager again! Then I was told by the manager to wait in an area assigned to pick up orders and the manager didn't apologize for the inconvenience. I was waiting for my food to be ready close to 30 minutes since the cashier took my order. There were only two girls preparing all the orders (dine in, take out, pick up, and curbside pickup). These girls were very efficient but there were too many orders for only two people. This is not the first time that the food order takes this long. It happened one time before when I ordered curbside pick up. I was waiting for 30 mins in my car after the food was supposed to be ready to be picked up.
LOCATION DISCRIMINATE PEOPLE.It’s with sadness that I have to say I won’t come back at least to this Panera location.I love Panera, and we are frequently customer to the Winter Garden location, but the cashier as well as the manager refused to let us sit and eat inside. We arrived at 6:45 pm and they say we couldn’t sit even though the place was not close to closing neither was empty as they were people eating inside. Discrimination? Not sure but the situation was very uncomfortable, specially noticing the following party of 2 was allowed to be inside.
Food was good, cashier at the register could have been nicer, i can tell the questions i was asking her was annoying her.. i asked for an opinion on something and i felt like it was kind of a issue. Regardless of mask wearing, i can still tell someones energy.
The most disgusting and dirty Panera locations I’ve ever seen around the states, food is the trash. Even though it’s my local location I always prefer to drive to another close by, but today I tried one more time to see if something changed during the time I didn’t visit this location and OMG! Yes it did change it got even worst. Just close this trash can omg! ?
First off, let me say I was a fan of this place .....have been a customer since they opened and I live in the area. Then, I must add this place has fallen apart lately. I am on the monthly coffee plan, so I visit quite often, buying items even if I really don't need them .....to say thank you for the Amex coffee program. They either get an order wrong completely, cook the eggs wrong, don't have napkins and coffee plastic tops, don't have certain baked goods......or have an attitude when you come to the counter and supply phone number (I think they prefer you use the machine, but because of a bad car accident my vision is not perfect)......or.....like today ....the guy is playing with his nose with one hand that also gets the baked goods. This is a horror show in progress. I am very disappointed in the management of this place.....I love Panera's, but there is only so much I am willing to overlook. This place is going down the drain. If they cannot run the ship, close it down. At least advise customers what is going on so they can make an informed decision if they want to partake. So .....what did I do today? I got my prepaid coffee and went by my house.....I enjoyed the coffee with some Sweet Potato Pie left over from Christmas.. ...I used my own almond milk since the manager told me their supply chain is thin and no almond milk for you ......?
Really a poorly run Panera. They claim the reason is no employees and a supply chain problem. Yet, many employees are present in the shop. Most of them running around putting up signs of early closings and telling customers why their order came out wrong. I won't be coming here in the New Year, there are a lot of other places to go. They are family run, have half of your employees and honest with customers. Panera=no good anymore. PS-a reviewer made a comment that no one wants to see a bunch of employees gossiping while they give no service to customers. This is the bottom line.
The service was the worst I’ve ever had there and they were skimpy on EVERYTHING. Almost no dressing for the salad and we got a half a spoonful of chicken salad. The only reason this is a 2 star not a 1 star is because this is the only time it has been like this. Please fix
