Go inside can not say that enough
I used to have lunch there once a week but the meals size is getting more and more small each day. They are cutting down the protein too. Beef and broccoli should be called ONLY BROCCOLI! There is a employee there that I pray not to have her doing my plate. She is the worst. I always need to ask (and pay) for double sided if I want to feel satisfied as I used to feel. I am giving up about that place.
Food is good but employee attitude is a problem. Asked for napkins and was told they are in the bag. They gave me 2. I asked for more and they told me I could come inside and get them myself. Never going back to this location.
Good Chinese at the fast food convenience. This location is fairly easy to get into and easy to get back on the main road. It is also across from the busy shopping areas. Less traffic confusion.
No issue with this place other than no drive thru and not enough staff which is typical these days due to COVID-19. We ended up leaving this time but the previous two visits were amazing.
Extremely disappointed! Ordered the family meal and had chow mein. Over 50% of my chow menu was onions and whatever else they put in there, the box literally smelled like straight onions and the Noodles were dry. The Beijing beef was not crispy like it usually is, it was mushy. I do not recommend
My daughter ate the sesame chicken. Within hours she was extremely ill with food poisoning. For 3 days & 2 nights she had to sleep on her bathroom floor. Without going into gross detail...she was unable to keep anything in her body, not even water. Both ends. It was terrible. Panda Express will never be consumed by our household again. Found out many others we know have similar stories after eating there.
I ordered the family meal to pick up with the two sides of chowmein and fried rice and once I got home there was two sides of fried rice. I also ordered an entree of broccoli beef and in the WHOLE box there was just 7 small pieces of beef and the rest was broccoli. I pay for the beef not the vegetable. Very unpleasant experience, EXTREMELY disappointed in them.
I was ordering food for my family of 5, but they limited what I can order. This is around 1 hour before closing. The reason is, they said, so that other people behind me in the drive-through can order, too. That reasoning was confusing because they don't even know what people behind me will be ordering, and I was a paying customer. So, I left with only 1 order instead of the 4 orders I was going to make.
Excellent food, I've been a customer for a long time and every week I have meals at the franchise. But the Panda located in the Village Winter Garden, an attendant was very rude (I have his name if necessary). When I ordered, the same without understanding that she had ordered the brown rice, she started yelling at me in the middle of the line full of people, causing a great embarrassment among several witnesses!!!
