Great pizza and people. Had a double pepperoni. Yummo....

Really good Italian, great slices, and AWESOME Italian Sausage. This is a classic Mom-and-Pop Italian restaurant. Love it. Go here often. We've eaten it and gotten take-out. It is all good. They started small, expanded, and continue to serve great food.

Been wanting to visit this place for a while. Parked and walked in the same time as another couple, that were seated to dine in and immediately some short rude girl spoke loud in the store, ( ARE YOU PICKING UP). Not giving me a chance to dine in. The staff was not welcoming, and said they walked in 1min before my family, so we just have to order out, so just like that they lost a potential customer, from being rude. The store wasn't that clean anyway, so I will pass on this place . Papa John I go .

I have both ordered take out and dined in, and both times I found the food here to be average. The pizza is ok- it does not taste like NY pizza but no pizza outside of NY does. It was good- not great, not bad. When dining in I ordered a pasta dish, and again it was ok. It really had no flavor- just bland. The service, I hate to complain about service as I know places are doing their best- but considering we ordered 2 bowls of spaghetti, it should not have taken 45 minutes. Also I had no fork, no napkin- I waited several minutes for the server to come back but she didn't so I got up and took some off another table. I had nothing to drink- no refills. It's not exactly cheap eats. I would not say don't go, but if you do go, set your expectations accordingly. It's better than pizza hut, but not as good as Bella Tuscany.

The restaurant is pretty good. The best vegan option is a build your own pizza with an assortment of veggies. I was happy to see that they didn’t skimp out on any veggies so it really made up for the lack of vegan cheeses. The sauce was just okay but the crust was pretty good.Staff was very friendly and were upfront about the wait time (their estimate was spot on for us) which was much appreciated. However, the restaurant is incredibly under staffed. It took a while to place an order because the woman at the cash register had so much to do. I hope they are able to find additional staff.

I am so sad with writing this review. NYPD in Winter Garden has been our "go-to" place. We drive over from Minneola, and have always had a phenomenal meal...until today.Went in for dinner. Myself, my wife, and our 2 sons. Very long story short- they apparently have run out of multiple items (milk, chocolate syrup, non-sweet iced tea). They gave my wife a glass of Prosecco that was room temp, and flat (she had to send it back). We ordered 2 baskets of fries. We asked for ketchup; the waitress brought us 1 small plastic ramekin, halfway filled, with ketchup for 1 person. My 7 year old got a personal cheese pizza; no problem. He loved it. But, it came out immediately after the appetizer fries, so he was trying to eat both at same time. Waitress said the rest would be "right out."10 minutes later, my wife's slice of cheese pizza, and my teenager's and my pepperoni slices came out. DEAD. Ice cold. Old. The cheese was hard. The pepperoni? Obviously thrown on top of some old slices of cheese, possibly put in the oven for 1 minute, and served to us. The pizza was ice cold the moment it hit our table. We didn't even take 1 bite, we asked for our check.I'm beyond disappointed in this experience. This was "our place." Not anymore. I don't know if they're in trouble business-wise (sign on the door does say they are hiring for all positions), or what...but, if they can't get workers, they can't get supplies, and they can't serve hot, quality food to the 4 total tables they had while we were there (not at all busy), then perhaps they should just call it.Won't be back. Save your money. :(

I'm really disappointed in this establishment. It used to be really good, the food, the service, the environment really created a great atmosphere. Today was not that, half the soups were out, you could tell prices were raised on the lunch specials and entrées, and it was absolutely empty for lunchtime on a Friday.

Pizza was pretty good.. Closest you will get to NY pizza in Winter Gardens... Staff was very nice..

Had dinner at this establishment. To put it midly, the food was overly done (burnt) to be exact, and did not taste good. The server could not fix the problem.
