This place is always a cluster. I don't usually get McDonald's but was in a hurry but obviously it was a mistake. The cashier was so flustered that he couldn't multitask so just sat there waiting to order and then to even pay. When I got to the next window they didn't even have the food ready when there was 3 people just standing there. When she came to the window I told her the cashier needed help she dismissed me and told me to have a good day. Unprofessional, unbothered and no sense of urgency. AVOID like the plague.
Pick up orders are NEVER ready and staff are so rude! So many bad reviews on here the owner must care less, find another location this owner do NOT deserve anyones business!
This particular McDonald’s is awful! I have tried to give the establishment and the night shift manager (short, young lady with brown hair) the benefit of the doubt, but I can no longer hold back at the ineptitude of some of the individuals working at this establishment. I hope the owner or general manager takes the time to observe and re-train their employees. One positive, the young person taking the drive through order was awesome!
I understand this is a McDonald's so expectations shouldn't be too high but for fast food I do expect it to be fast and I also expect it to be edible! Someone from corporate needs to step in IMMEDIATELY and fix this disaster of a McDonald's... always a wait of 40+ mins... food is always cold... fries soggy yet burnt... and don't dare ask for a replacement... they'll give you the same fries but only 1/2 of it. And recently I ordered 6 cheeseburgers... only 2 of them were edible... they were all burnt... barely any onions and no pickles... one of them only had HALF a burger... seriously what happened to it?? Where's the rest of the burger? Did someone eat 1/2 a patty and then threw it on the bun??
Understaffed for how busy it gets at night. For anyone who lives in the area knows that there is not much open later at night so it gets very busy. People were walking up to the window so obviously orders were being messed up. And I had an item completely forgotten. I'm sure they're doing their best in there but they need more help so people aren't waiting 30 minutes for their food at a mcdonalds
Unfortunately this is my nearest McDonalds and they can never get the most simple order right. It is beyond comprehension the level of incompetence to put together an order where it is pretty much put together for them. Check every time you will be missing your fries. Wrong sauces, no sauces, no straws or napkins, missing items or plastic utensils with pancakes. Not a single order right in the last year makes me dread coming here. ?
If I could give this zero stars, I would. This place absolutely sucks. Do not mobile order and pick up. You’ll only get half your food. Don’t bother going at night because half of the time the line is so long it’ll take you a good 40 minutes to get through the line. The attitudes of the workers are absolutely atrocious and poor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Go to Fords across the street. It’s way better and most of the time, EASIER AND NICER.
Slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. We gave them a few chances, each time it took nearly a half hour to get through the drive through. I don't know what the issue is but they move at a snails pace. By the time I got to the window to get my food it was cold. I also saw employees and a manager mixing by hand with a spoon.....
The customer service was good by someone who was on break that came to help out. My sandwiches looked like my 5 year old granddaughter wrapped them! The butter was opened, and leaked all over the outside and inside one of my sandwiches. I asked for 3 hash browns and did not get them. I was not charged when I looked at my receipt.
I ordered my food 30 minutes prior to arriving, once I got there I was told I could not go inside or wait in takeout. Instead, had to wait an hour in the drive thru. After an hour of waiting, it was 11:59 and they closed the line. Still had a line of customers outside of the building and did not communicate they were closed. Instead, the MANAGER and night workers ignored our existence. Mind you, I called when I arrived telling them I already prepaid. They said I must wait in the drive thru and hung up on me. Essentially, I paid for food they wouldn’t deceiver. Horrible customer service. This has happened to my family several times where the food even going inside takes an hour. The kids that work there stand there cursing and talking up a storm rather than taking care of their customers.
