The only reason I go to McDonald's is for their coffee and apple pie. But that's hardly ever because most, if not all McDonald's I've gone to have terrible service and the people that work at McDonald's have the worst attitude and work habits. Plus my fiance and I eat healthy for the most part. However my fiance likes McDonald's Fish Filet because they make them with Wild Cod. So on Sunday June 12, 2022 at 12:30 in the afternoon we went to The McDonald's on 3325 Daniels rd. in Winter Gardens. AMAZING!!! I couldn't believe the quick and professional service we received. NO complaining, no attitude or WHINING from the McDonald's staff whatsoever consisting of Latinos and Caucasians. The Fish Filet was perfect, fries, perfect and after we ate as we were leaving I had to have an apple pie. So I order two. As the young man at the register was handing me the receipt and young lady says outloud, "Two apple pies". The young man and I look at each other and immediately start laughing like "Wow... that was amazing and ridiculously quick." The pies were hit, Hot fresh and just... GREAT! I want to thank you for sending my fiance and I home smiling. Definitely going again just for the smile.
Just got back from the drive-thru. I ordered a McFlurry and I was given it in a small cup. This is clearly not the regular size (probably half the size of a McFlurry). When I asked the person at the window, her response was “well, I don’t know. I don’t make them.” And then proceeded to give me attitude and complain about me to her co-workers. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I won’t be going back. Ever.
Large staff behind counter, I was ignored even though several looked my way. One employee said I had to wait for the manager who was busy...all I wanted was a cup of black coffee I had cash in hand. Restaurant looked clean as I waited. Got my coffee went to my car open the coffee it was barely warm. I tossed the whole mess in the parking lot and left. I will never return to this establishment again, but McDonald's still makes some of the best coffee.
WORST MCDONALDS EVER IN WINTERGARDEN! Why does McDonalds continue to keep rude Mgrs. and staff working in this location? Im not the only one complaining there are multiple complaints as you can see on this site and McDonalds isnt doing anything to fix the problem. Get rid of this Mgr. (Carmen)who is awful! and put someone in place who knows how to show customer service to people. Especially when dealing with food and public. Carmen is very ghetto and she needs to be reminded that she doesn’t own McDonalds. She only works there. She should be fired!!!
The worst customer service ever provided at a McDonald’s… i have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. I understand it’s fast food, but the workers have so much attitude and don’t care if the order is right as we “get what we pay for” the worst management and customer service hands down!
i was ignored when i was the only person in line and there was 7+ workers in the kitchen who walked by me seen me and didnt take my order even though i was standing right at the register. this was 4/7/22 at 5 pm and those workers were rude and disrespectful
These reviews have never been more relatable. Worst McDonald’s on the planet. You wait 25 min for a curbside order. The lady brought it with no drink and as we try to tell her the drink is missing she suddenly runs away opposite of restaurant to another restaurant near by. WHAT?! We called. They answer but don’t speak to us. You can hear chatter in background but they won’t speak to us on the phone. We try to then walk inside and get screamed at repeatedly “inside is close” while trying to nicely explain they forgot our drink. She slams a cup down for us to fill and is probably the nastiest human being you can come across. This place doesn’t deserve to be open. These reviews are 100% accurate with how nasty these people are
I usually go to this McDonalds because the one closer to my house is normally worse, but this one takes the cake. I used a reward in the app and had someone cut me off from the other Drive thru Lane. No worries, the counter should still have order, right? Nope! I get to the window and they have no idea where my order is. They ask for my code and I tell them I can’t use it again, that’s not how the app works. They leave me at the window for like 5 minutes holding everyone up when I asked for a manager. They finally come back and give me the wrong price. I complain again and the girl finally says (rudely) “I’ll just pay for your food.” The gesture is appreciated but it wasn’t done the right way. Then, they still try to give me the wrong food at the next window! The extra star is for the food itself and the fact they realized they messed up and gave me the food for free.
Nice newer location. After hours only the online order is available you cannot order inside which sucks... but at least it's the only mcs available for a late snack
My triple cheeseburger was cold and the bun was slightly stale. Bleh
