It took to long to get our order.The girl came walking to us saying they had issues with the window (all though no issue with the car before and they were all looking and pointing towards the window like there was something there) didn't give me too much confidence but at midnight after a long day of work it was a risk I was going to take.

Frys are always cold. To much salt. And I've worked in fast food.. especially since the pandemic you should be extra careful. After putting my hands in the bag and tasting my frys, I informedthem the frys aren't fresh. The manager came to the window ask for the frys back. I gave them to her and told her she should not take food back throught the window. It's not sanitary. And she should have known. This. Even if she throw it in the garbage, she just contaminated the other order. She did not wash her hands, after touching the bag. Just think, I could have the flu sneezing, anything just something to think about.

Horrible service. Ordered in the Drive-Thru and they asked me to pull into one of the parking spots to wait on my order. After waiting for 20 minutes I finally walked inside to inquire on the status of my order. The employee didn't even look up or acknowledge my presence. I asked how much longer my order would be, without checking, she responded "I don't know ma'am. We're having staffing issues". I asked if she could check. She then tried to hand me someone else's meal. I told her it wasn't my order. Come to find out they had given my order out already. So, without an apology, she remade my order. I 100% understand staffing issues, but her attitude was the problem.

Did online order with drive thru pickup. After sitting in drive thru for 10 mins and no movement went inside. Was told by the cashier who I later found out was the manager that she did not know if she could find the order because pick up was at the drive thru.25 mins later, order was still not ready, I was told she had no sweet tea and they are still working on the order. Asked for a refund which I got, no thank you or apology. Lousy and rude servuce

Haven't had a problem with getting exactly what I ordered but anytime i go at night through the drive through? It's way too long. They take one person's order and don't take the next until that one person's order has been paid for made and they left. 6 or 7 car line takes about 45 minutes. See a lot of employees in there but still takes almost 10 minutes per vehicle.

I went to purchase an ice cream cone. It was $2.45. That's crazy. It a $1 itemI did not purchase it. They must think their customers are crazy. Just because a person lives in Metro west area you should not pay more. I drove over to Colonial Drive and the icecream was purchased in the $1 range. Just like the coffee at the Hiawassee Mc Donalds in Metro West. It more expensive that the other locations. Matter of fact the McDonalds in Bowie, Maryland is cheaper. I thought all the stores had the same charges.

worst mcdonald's ive ever experienced. it makes me want to never come back. 3 cars i. a half hour went through drive through and im still waiting. if ANTWHERE else was open i wouldn't have waited

This McDonald’s has the worst service I have ever experienced I ordered three medium shamrock shakes and they tried to say I only ordered two and I had to show them my receipt to prove I paid for three. They always forget items in orders and they are very unprofessional do not go here unless you want a bad time.

I have been calling for over 2 months to receive refund.
