Terrible experience starting with an order that was delivered over an hour late. Not only was it late but it was also missing part of the order. We decided to try to eat the cold pizza and my daughter discovered a long hair (see pic), which was the icing on the cake. Stay away from this place at all costs!!
I have eaten here many times but after my last experience I will not be coming back. while I was waiting to order (they are extremely low staffed), manager (Richard) talked with another employee for almost 5 minutes before we were even greeted by any staff at all (only 2 people there). Then while he rang us up for our food he was just plane rude and seemed like we were bothering him for being there. we waited for almost 45 minutes when there was zero customers going in or out- he straight up forgot about our order. Then a young girl (black curly hair name with an A I don't remember very well) just clocked in and apologized after I said something because we hadn't heard a word from anyone in almost an hour. she made the 3 pizza all on her own and cashed us out while the manager Richard yelled at her from the chair on his phone! i loved my previous visits under different management much better for sure! they treat the employees and costumers like garbage now:(
I used to live in Clermont and the Marcos Pizza over st Clermont is excellent! Always fast and efficient! The. i moved to Winter Garden and what a difference the Winter Garden store is!! For the worse I mean. Place tow orders and I’m sure they will be the last. The first time, the delivered to the wrong address so I had toCall and wait for another pizza. Tonight, I place the ordr at7:58 and is 9:11 and the pizza still not here. Call the store and they told me to wait another 15-20 minutes and then call back to grt a driver update! Unacceptable! I just spent $52.00 overprice pizza and wings and by the time they get here, I might as well have eaten a Digiorgio pizza straight put of the fridge!! Never again.

Awesome Pizza, the fact that they put half of the meatballs not just traces like other pizza companies it's just totally amazing. The consistency of the sauce another ingredients are great. Awesome staff and great prices.
Is the economy that bad that you can't put the food in a bag or place a safety seal on your boxes when delivery is ordered. My God, this is just beyond gross neglect especially in this day and age...Do better and think about the customer's food safety...
Been to this location at least 4 times and always enjoyed it, I remember telling someone there after the first time how much I loved it cause it reminded me of a family owned business when I was a kid. But my recent visit left me disappointed, ordered a small pizza with pepperoni, sauce, onion and black olives and the meatballs order for two. The pizza was dry, lacked sauce and I could tell the onions were thrown on after it was done. The meatball dish was gross and dry. I was looking forward to this cause I've been craving marcos pizza, it's sad how many people work without the passion these days. Hopefully this gets fixed and make their customers happy.
