Took my wife out expecting to enjoy a couple of delicious steaks, what was served were worst than the meat at Publix. I ordered the Outlaw, most of the steak was fat, after cutting all the fat away what meat was left was far from being tender, my wife ordered a strip steak which wasn't any better. My French fries were warm and limp and my wife's mashed potatoes were on the soupy side, the good side was the salad and the warm bread. Our waiter was excellent.
This is our favorite place to eat on our way home from Disney. Amazing staff and food. Never had a bad meal here.
Can I give 10 stars? ? I had the best T-bone steak ever! I’m usually very picky about my steaks, it was cooked to perfection, it was very juicy and had great flavor, Compliments to the Chef if He/She ever sees this comment. My husband also loved his steak. We went in with some stress/work related but we got out very happy and satisfied ?? Also we always love the stuffed mushrooms. Worth a try everyone! Definitely coming back again! Thanks

I understand that some days you just won’t receive quality service, it wasn’t busy when I came and I thought our waiter would be a bit more attentive to us and of our requests. I kindly asked to speak to the manager on duty and Anthony came over with no hesitation to hear me out, he provided such a service that it allowed me to over look it all. Thank you Anthony for your understanding, concern and acknowledgment.
They have great food and an even better staff! The day i went there it was very busy, but the staff was so efficient I was in and out in a normal amount of time. Our waitress was great, so were the food runners, and the manager was super friendly and working the floor with his staff (anthony i think?). The food itself was great also, they have the best french onion soup of everywhere i have tried! it was a great experience and I am so happy i found it bc it is right down the street from me!
My mother in law took us out to dinner. At first, everything was fine. The waitress was friendly enough, but forgot our appetizer. However, that wasn’t the issue; my mother in law found a fly in her salad! She called over the waitress who seemed genuinely concerned. The waitress then called over her manager. For a person who had not a fruit fly but an big fly in her food, my mother in law acknowledged that salads may contain all kinds of bugs to the manager. The manager was completely unfazed. She said of course salads may have bugs (which my mother in law had already stated).As she left our table, we felt as if she had just said “sorry, that suck’s, oh well.”. My mother in law tipped them well and took care of the bill, but it left a bad taste in our mouth.
I had the best experience at this location!! Jordan(the bar tender), Hailey( the to go person )and Brad!!! (The Manager!)They are Rockstars!! I will continue to frequent this location because of these Beautiful, nice energetic people.
We’ve been visiting this Longhorn’s restaurant for over five years. The Manager-Anthony is a gentleman. He’s very personable, professional and attentive. His leadership is positively expressed in the staff. This type of professionalism and courtesy is very rare nowadays, however, Anthony is the epitome of a professional leader. Thank you Sir for commanding perfection and upholding high standards!
Went there for lunch. Was seated promptly and service was courteous and prompt. Appetizers “chicken bites” were awesome! Servers wore masks and were very cautious. Food was good.
