Is not was it use to be.I got a a ridiculous small drum and it was overcooked ,Also a ridiculous little chicken tight from the piece of bread It was parched over cooked
We ordered food around a little less than an hour before they closed and it was never delivered and we find out last minute before they close that they just cancelled our order. Really great KFC! Worst one we've ordered from yet.
It is currently 10:17pm and KFC is closed their drive thru on a Saturday night. They advertise store hours until midnight. Never again!!!!!!
It's your typical KFC, but is spacious inside. The day I went they were short staffed, but the person behind the register and working the drive thru at the same time was a champ!
This location, to my opinion, has one of the worst customer service in fast food industry ever.
The worst kfc/taco bell that ever existed. Very rude unprofessional staff. Manager doesn’t know how to run the store. Kept sneezing and whipping his hands with his bare hands, than started serving without washing hands nor used his mask. Again very filthy place and unprofessional. DON’T GO THERE
Purchased a 12 piece family meal and it was beyond the worst chicken I've ever had in my life. Tried calling the store and received a busy tone. Called the number on the bucket and after 20 minutes of waiting it then brought me to a voice-mail system. Beyond frustrating. We ended up throwing all the food out and just going out to eat instead. The chicken seemed like it was fried three times. It was so dry and shriveled that all the bones were just sticking through the meat.
It's not worth going there to eat....I had a survey done with the receipt code....in order to get a free sandwich, you have to buy a sandwich... Not worth in taking the survey and the customer service is terrible bc the person that is taking my order doesn't know what she's doing. The 2pieces of chicken I got is very small, looks like they cut down in quantity size of the chicken.
Very bad customer service, i ask for a bean burrito and 3 people come and ask and the cooker was with attitude.
In this establishment it indicates that they close at 11pm at night today October 26 at 10:10pm when he arrived at the location, he found a vehicle blocking the local car service. where employees are eating and not wanting to tend to the public.
