It's okay havent found a dead rat in my meat since the last debacle on the news years ago , their biscuits r kinda dry and could use more butter alot more
I haven't eaten KFC in maybe a year but anyway I ordered a 8 piece for me and my grandson and I tell you the truth that chicken made me don't want to visit that one for another year the service was poor the employees was acting as if they didn't know what to do ok this is the kicker the chicken was like it had sat under a heating light and dried out and 2 thighs I got looked like nuggets so I won't be going back there no time soon.
Like this location the best because they have spicy crispy chicken. Minus 1* because the chicken is a bit too salty. But it's like that at all locations.
Been here 3 times never got any sauce even though i asked multiple times while ordering each timeTenders are always to crispy to even chew
Simply not good..got the order wrong again..KFC went from a go to dinner choice to a the service just doesn't seem to care.. If the food hadn't become subpar I could probably deal with the poor service but with heavy greasy tasting food high prices and bad service it's just not worth going there anymore.. Publix chicken is just as good

The food was good,fresh and hot. Very clean and bright. Fast service.
Rude and absolutely terrible. Told 10 min. Sat in. Parking lot for over 30 min Kept getting tall just a couple minutes just a couple minutes every time I walk inside 45 minutes later still no food with two screaming kids in the car absolutely unacceptable customer service couldn’t care less
