One star for the lasagna and it was just ok. Bread terrible, no Italian dressing for the salad. I asked for that but not sure what they gave me. Kinda tasted like watered down oil and vinegar. I guess I just have too high of expectations for customer service these days. No how are you, welcome, thank you. I won’t be returning.
Great Pizza and italian dishes , just wish they were closer to me I'd always order there . But always in the top 3 resturants choices when we're in WinterGarden .
We support small/family owned businesses but we have yet to receive good service whenever we dine in. Today, the food was delicious but the service was not! You can't continue having only one waitress. Whether it's a weekend or weekday or if you show up early in the evening, the service is still slow. She got our order right but did not glance in our direction or ask for a refill or anything. Order was taken and good luck if you needed anything. We had to try to get her attention several times just to get a refill. My pizza got cold waiting to see if she would pass by so I could ask for oregano or red pepper flakes since they were not offered. A smart business owner would make decisions that are best for the business and to maintain clientele. Hiring another server will earn you more money and keep more customers walking in the door and returning. It will help not hurt your business. We will be back when you hire more Staff.
Awesome pizza. We've been fans since long ago when they had a place in the older plaza where Publix used to be (across 50 and down where the Aldi/Harbor Freight is now). They are still good, and still worth going.
Usually love stopping by random out the blue but food is not the same. Cook grabbed grated parmesan cheese with his bare hands with no gloves and thought it was normal into the shaker. All that’s going on being more mindful, clean and thoughtful with other peoples food especially in restaurants that go through their ups and downs. Making sure you stick to clean healthy service and going the extra mile to stay consistent with your returning customers. Wish the business luck but today was my last random stop. Stomach is hurting from the slice of pizza. Omg
Hi. Stopped by for some Italian food and pleasantly surprised on how good it was and very affordable. The server was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be stopping again

Look, I’ve been ordering from here for a few years, but my last order, delivery took almost 1 1/2 hours ( est time was 30-45mins) on a Thursday, food was room temp… their pizza is one of the best around but it’ll be awhile till I order again
Pizza was awful. The cheese was extremely salty. If you like dry pizza with barely any sauce then this is your spot. After one bite I had to throw away the slice. The saltiness like they add salt on the top plus no sauce on pizza…yuck! I feel like I got ripped off! Almost $20 for a large pizza. You’re better off with a chain pizza like Domino’s. Ordered a Stromboli instead got a awful calzone ??
The food is exceptional!!! The owners are personable and make you feel special. I take my friends and family and they always become a regular customer like myself.
