Very clean! Service was great. Very respectful staff. The food was delicious also. I don’t give 5 stars very often job well done Five Guys!
Been coming to this area since before there was anything besides a hotel here. Was so excited to see a new Five Guys here. We stopped by after the parks and they were busy, as you can imagine. The crew was busy but they did an amazing job of keeping things flowing, slower than other places I’ve been to, but, to be expected. I know it’s a new location and things are only bound to get better, but, as busy as they were they never let it show and just kept pumping out those delicious burgers and fries we all love. Kudos to the crew and manager who made sure we got great food and service!
Great crew! Service is really good and the employees are amazing. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because the price is higher than any other location I know. Maybe it’s the “Disney fee”… about the food? This is Five Guys, we know is good!!!
My girlfriend and I visited this Five Guys in mid-February 2022 in the evening for dinner. The line was nearly to the door when we arrived, but it moved quickly and we placed our order and received it--all within about 20 minutes. The burgers were accurately made, hot and delicious; the fries were equally so! Thanks for the great experience--we will certainly revisit this location!
Burgers are fantastic and delicious, the fries are crispy outside and tasty and soft on the inside. The beef I have with this location is that it runs a few dollars more expensive than other local locations. Be aware before stopping in.
I have never experienced such a restaurant. First off, I was overcharged. The cashier was very nice in handling that situation. As we entered the restaurant I was overcome by a smell that is really concerning. The drink station was very dirty. It took over 25 minutes to get the order. Probably because the workers were to busy yelling at each other, flirting with each other or leaning and standing there once the food was ready. It was a very negative experience.
Shouldn’t take almost half hour to make one cheeseburger and a small fry. They were too busy yelling around, talking, and leaning against the counters. It’s work, not your social circles hang out. Not to mention with customers in the building they yelled to a coworker who came in late how he was late. This is basically a bunch of kids working a burger joint.
First visit to a newly established location in Flamingo Crossing. Clean and in order as you would expect. Fast service and friendly staff. We had a little and regular (2 patty) burger. Tasted good and was a little drippy. Overall a 4 out of 5 for us.
Amazing! The best burgers, EVER!!Always fresh, fries all natural and deep fried in peanut oil, so crunchy and perfect salty.The attendance is outstanding, servers always happy and polite.
Food was great! 4 stars since it took a little while to get food.
